中國鐵建承建寶蘭客專渭河隧道全線貫通

11月(yue)8日8時,隨著寶(bao)(雞(ji))蘭(州(zhou))客運專線(xian)(xian)渭河隧道最后一(yi)道屏障打通(tong)(tong),宣告(gao)由中國(guo)鐵建十(shi)二局集團承建的寶(bao)蘭客運專線(xian)(xian)高(gao)風險頭號控(kong)制性工程實現(xian)全線(xian)(xian)貫通(tong)(tong),為(wei)全線(xian)(xian)如期向(xiang)寶(bao)雞(ji)方向(xiang)鋪軌提供(gong)了重(zhong)要通(tong)(tong)道。

寶蘭(lan)客運(yun)專線(xian)渭(wei)河隧道(dao)全長10016米(mi),開挖斷(duan)面面積(ji)最大(da)(da)為158平(ping)方米(mi),內縱坡呈“V”字型。該座(zuo)隧道(dao)不僅有(you)黃土滑坡、膨脹(zhang)巖、濕陷(xian)性黃土和松軟土等不良地(di)質(zhi),而且隧道(dao)大(da)(da)部分位于天水市城(cheng)區地(di)下(xia)(xia),具(ju)有(you)下(xia)(xia)穿渭(wei)河、城(cheng)市建筑物(wu)、藉(jie)河黃土梁(liang)峁(mao)區、藉(jie)河河谷(gu),通過液化氣站及液化氣管道(dao)等多種高風(feng)險(xian),是(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)鐵路總公司“掛牌”監控(kong)的Ⅰ級高風(feng)險(xian)隧道(dao),被業內專家譽為“大(da)(da)斷(duan)面城(cheng)市地(di)鐵”。

建(jian)設者(zhe)注(zhu)重以科技(ji)手段破(po)(po)解(jie)(jie)高風險隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)題(ti),通過邀請國內(nei)知(zhi)名隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)專(zhuan)家和西南交大院校合作(zuo),針(zhen)對渭(wei)(wei)河隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)泥質巖(yan)地(di)(di)(di)層(ceng)(ceng)下穿(chuan)復雜(za)河谷區穿(chuan)越的(de)(de)(de)(de)河床(chuang)、滑坡、高層(ceng)(ceng)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)、高速公路等(deng)技(ji)術(shu)難(nan)點展開(kai)研(yan)究,在(zai)(zai)把握泥質巖(yan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)特性的(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu)上,運用(yong)(yong)現場(chang)測試、數值模擬以及理(li)論分析等(deng)技(ji)術(shu)手段對下穿(chuan)建(jian)構筑(zhu)(zhu)物的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)力(li)學行(xing)為及施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)對策進行(xing)詳(xiang)細研(yan)究實(shi)踐(jian)。同(tong)時(shi),他們(men)經過技(ji)術(shu)攻關及現場(chang)多次試驗,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)“兩階段成(cheng)樁(zhuang)法”,既(ji)解(jie)(jie)決了(le)(le)豎井咬合樁(zhuang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)在(zai)(zai)富含地(di)(di)(di)下水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)礫卵石層(ceng)(ceng)中旋(xuan)挖(wa)鉆(zhan)機不能成(cheng)孔的(de)(de)(de)(de)問題(ti),又解(jie)(jie)決了(le)(le)套管鉆(zhan)機無(wu)法通過泥巖(yan)地(di)(di)(di)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)困難(nan),保(bao)證了(le)(le)咬合樁(zhuang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量,加快了(le)(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度,為豎井快速進入主(zhu)洞(dong)奠定了(le)(le)基礎(chu);他們(men)還改(gai)進豎井內(nei)襯(chen)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)整體式桁架(jia)支撐體系,有效(xiao)地(di)(di)(di)解(jie)(jie)決了(le)(le)滿堂腳手架(jia)支撐體系搭(da)拆時(shi)間長和易(yi)變(bian)形導(dao)致跑模的(de)(de)(de)(de)弊病,豎井創造了(le)(le)從(cong)開(kai)挖(wa)到襯(chen)砌完(wan)成(cheng)用(yong)(yong)時(shi)72天(tian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)記錄;他們(men)結合渭(wei)(wei)河隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)地(di)(di)(di)質大部分為弱風化(hua)泥巖(yan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特點,合理(li)選(xuan)擇開(kai)挖(wa)方法,掌(zhang)子面開(kai)挖(wa)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)CAT320挖(wa)掘機和挖(wa)機破(po)(po)碎錘配合施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),避免了(le)(le)爆(bao)破(po)(po)造成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)超(chao)挖(wa),同(tong)時(shi)降低(di)了(le)(le)對地(di)(di)(di)表構造物的(de)(de)(de)(de)振動影響(xiang),為同(tong)類型隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)積(ji)累了(le)(le)寶貴經驗。

寶蘭(lan)(lan)客(ke)運(yun)專線(xian)是國(guo)家中長期鐵(tie)路(lu)網規劃(hua)中徐(xu)蘭(lan)(lan)客(ke)運(yun)專線(xian)的(de)(de)西段,也(ye)是國(guo)家鐵(tie)路(lu)“四縱四橫”客(ke)運(yun)專線(xian)網的(de)(de)重要組成部分。寶蘭(lan)(lan)客(ke)運(yun)專線(xian)建成通(tong)車后(hou),寶雞到蘭(lan)(lan)州列車運(yun)行時間(jian)將由6小時左(zuo)右縮短(duan)到2小時,形成一條中國(guo)東部地區通(tong)往新疆的(de)(de)高速鐵(tie)路(lu)聯通(tong)線(xian),使人類幾千年文明(ming)傳播的(de)(de)古絲綢(chou)之路(lu)邁入高速時代。
