12月8日,中(zhong)國建(jian)筑工(gong)程總(zong)公(gong)司所屬中(zhong)建(jian)三局獨立完成(cheng)的“寒冷地區(qu)海洋環境現澆混(hun)凝土(tu)橋(qiao)梁基礎施工(gong)關(guan)鍵技術”成(cheng)果(guo)經(jing)湖北省住建(jian)廳鑒定,總(zong)體(ti)達(da)到國際(ji)先進(jin)水平(ping)。
“寒(han)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)地(di)區(qu)(qu)海(hai)洋環(huan)境(jing)現(xian)(xian)澆混凝(ning)(ning)土橋(qiao)梁(liang)基礎施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)關(guan)(guan)鍵技術(shu)”成果以唐山納潮(chao)河2號大橋(qiao)工(gong)(gong)程為依托,從(cong)海(hai)洋環(huan)境(jing)超(chao)長鉆孔(kong)灌注樁施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)、鋼(gang)吊(diao)箱承臺施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)關(guan)(guan)鍵技術(shu)、吹砂(sha)(sha)圍(wei)堰(yan)變形影響因素分析(xi)研(yan)究(jiu)以及(ji)寒(han)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)地(di)區(qu)(qu)海(hai)工(gong)(gong)混凝(ning)(ning)土配制四(si)個(ge)方面開展研(yan)究(jiu)。并在過程中研(yan)制了海(hai)水造漿和寒(han)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)地(di)區(qu)(qu)海(hai)工(gong)(gong)混凝(ning)(ning)土配合(he)比(bi),發明了清除水下障礙(ai)物的(de)機械抓斗(dou)裝置,解決了海(hai)洋環(huan)境(jing)淡水稀(xi)缺鉆孔(kong)樁成孔(kong)問題和超(chao)長鉆孔(kong)灌注樁施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)過程中障礙(ai)物的(de)清除難(nan)題;通過對鋼(gang)吊(diao)箱底板(ban)分塊優化和設計(ji)輔(fu)助拉桿,減少了封底混凝(ning)(ning)土厚度、節約了混凝(ning)(ning)土用(yong)量(liang),提(ti)高了鋼(gang)吊(diao)箱的(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)質量(liang)及(ji)工(gong)(gong)效;同時通過理論分析(xi)、現(xian)(xian)場試驗研(yan)究(jiu)和在吹砂(sha)(sha)圍(wei)堰(yan)底部采用(yong)軟(ruan)體排等措施(shi)(shi),有(you)效減少了吹砂(sha)(sha)圍(wei)堰(yan)沉降,實現(xian)(xian)了吹砂(sha)(sha)圍(wei)堰(yan)作為現(xian)(xian)澆箱梁(liang)支架的(de)基礎。
該課題在研究過程中(zhong),形成發明專利(li)1項,實用新型專利(li)2項,工法2篇,公開發表論文4篇。
