12月(yue)21日,中(zhong)國建筑(zhu)工程總公(gong)司所屬中(zhong)建一局研發的“王府(fu)井大飯店改造工程綜合施(shi)工技術”經北(bei)京(jing)市(shi)住(zhu)建委鑒定,達(da)到國際領先水平(ping)。
該成果(guo)包含(han)“既(ji)(ji)有地(di)下(xia)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構外墻(qiang)配合暗柱(zhu)及預(yu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)錨桿基坑(keng)支護技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“格構式(shi)鋼管扣件獨立柱(zhu)支撐(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“無粘結(jie)(jie)(jie)預(yu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)井宇梁拆除(chu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“型(xing)鋼懸挑式(shi)吊(diao)籃施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“大跨(kua)度懸挑型(xing)鋼斜撐(cheng)腳(jiao)手架技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)”。其(qi)中研發的(de)“既(ji)(ji)有地(di)下(xia)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構外墻(qiang)配合暗柱(zhu)及預(yu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)錨桿基坑(keng)支護技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)” 利(li)用既(ji)(ji)有結(jie)(jie)(jie)構地(di)下(xia)室外墻(qiang),并(bing)在下(xia)部設置豎向(xiang)型(xing)鋼支撐(cheng),形(xing)成整體支撐(cheng)體系,解決(jue)了(le)基坑(keng)緊鄰建筑紅線,基坑(keng)支護無法施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)問(wen)題,減少了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)周期,起到了(le)綠色環保作用。“無粘結(jie)(jie)(jie)預(yu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)井宇梁拆除(chu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)”針(zhen)對井字梁進行小跨(kua)度支撐(cheng)加固(gu),將預(yu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)筋采取逐級卸(xie)載的(de)方(fang)式(shi),分段切割,解決(jue)了(le)無粘結(jie)(jie)(jie)預(yu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構拆除(chu)的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難題,保證了(le)拆除(chu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程的(de)安全(quan)。該技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)成果(guo)屬國(guo)內(nei)首次實踐和(he)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用,保證了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全(quan)、質量和(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期,取得(de)了(le)較(jiao)好(hao)的(de)經(jing)濟和(he)社會(hui)效益。
目(mu)前,該技(ji)術成果已全(quan)面應用于王府(fu)井大飯店改(gai)造工程項目(mu),取得了(le)顯著成效(xiao)。
