中國電建承建世界第一大跨混凝土拱式渡槽主體完工

12月26日,由中國電(dian)建集團所(suo)屬水電(dian)九局承(cheng)建的世界第一大跨混凝(ning)土(tu)拱式渡槽(cao)——黔中水利樞紐(niu)總干(gan)渠龍場渡槽(cao)主體工程(cheng)圓滿(man)完工。

黔(qian)中(zhong)(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利樞紐工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)貴(gui)州(zhou)省首個大型跨(kua)(kua)(kua)地區、跨(kua)(kua)(kua)流域、長距離水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利調水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)重(zhong)點民生工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),也是(shi)貴(gui)州(zhou)省水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)“三(san)年(nian)會戰”的標(biao)志(zhi)性(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)在位(wei)于(yu)長江(jiang)流域烏江(jiang)干流三(san)岔(cha)河修(xiu)建(jian)總(zong)庫容10.8億立方(fang)米的平寨水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫,將(jiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)引入黔(qian)中(zhong)(zhong)地區十多個縣(市)的49個鄉鎮,覆蓋面積(ji)達(da)4711平方(fang)公里(li)(li)。干渠總(zong)長為156.5公里(li)(li),總(zong)灌(guan)溉面積(ji)65.23萬畝,可(ke)以解(jie)決39.5萬人畜飲水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)困難。樞紐工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)分為水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、灌(guan)區工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和(he)(he)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)分兩期建(jian)設(she)(she),一期工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)總(zong)投資約(yue)73億元。龍場渡(du)槽(cao)位(wei)于(yu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利輸(shu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)配送工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)總(zong)干渠上,單跨(kua)(kua)(kua)200米,是(shi)目前世界(jie)上同(tong)類渡(du)槽(cao)中(zhong)(zhong)跨(kua)(kua)(kua)度最(zui)大的渡(du)槽(cao),被稱為“世界(jie)第(di)一跨(kua)(kua)(kua)”,其科技和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝難度堪(kan)稱中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利建(jian)設(she)(she)的里(li)(li)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)碑,是(shi)黔(qian)中(zhong)(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利樞紐的控制性(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。

為攻克(ke)渡(du)槽施(shi)(shi)工中的(de)各(ge)項(xiang)技術難(nan)題,水電九局(ju)與(yu)國內知名橋梁(liang)專家密切合作(zuo),組建現場專家工作(zuo)組攻堅克(ke)難(nan)。特別是在拱(gong)圈吊裝過程中,每(mei)一個環節施(shi)(shi)工之前均作(zuo)了(le)(le)電腦仿(fang)真計算,每(mei)一階段的(de)實測數據隨(sui)時修正(zheng)理論模型參數。同時,施(shi)(shi)工單位(wei)還大(da)膽改進了(le)(le)傳統(tong)的(de)工法(fa),如對節段榫頭、索力張拉和(he)標高調整等常規手(shou)段都(dou)作(zuo)了(le)(le)全(quan)面的(de)創(chuang)(chuang)新。這(zhe)些創(chuang)(chuang)新措施(shi)(shi)提高了(le)(le)效率(lv),降低了(le)(le)風險,改善了(le)(le)結構受力,也使得拱(gong)圈和(he)槽殼(ke)吊裝精度控(kong)制誤差(cha)達(da)到了(le)(le)毫米級別,確保了(le)(le)渡(du)槽施(shi)(shi)工的(de)順(shun)利完成。
