12月26日,由中(zhong)國電建集團所屬水(shui)電九局承建的世界第一大跨(kua)混凝土拱(gong)式渡槽(cao)——黔(qian)中(zhong)水(shui)利(li)樞紐總(zong)干(gan)渠(qu)龍場(chang)渡槽(cao)主體工程(cheng)圓(yuan)滿(man)完工。
黔(qian)中(zhong)水(shui)利(li)樞(shu)(shu)紐工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)貴州(zhou)省首(shou)個大型跨地區(qu)、跨流(liu)域、長(chang)(chang)距(ju)離水(shui)利(li)調水(shui)重點民生工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),也是(shi)貴州(zhou)省水(shui)利(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)“三(san)年會(hui)戰(zhan)”的標志(zhi)性工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)在位于(yu)(yu)長(chang)(chang)江流(liu)域烏江干流(liu)三(san)岔河修(xiu)建(jian)總(zong)庫容10.8億(yi)立方米的平寨水(shui)庫,將水(shui)引入黔(qian)中(zhong)地區(qu)十多個縣(市)的49個鄉鎮,覆蓋面積達4711平方公(gong)里。干渠總(zong)長(chang)(chang)為(wei)(wei)156.5公(gong)里,總(zong)灌(guan)溉面積65.23萬(wan)畝,可以解決39.5萬(wan)人畜飲(yin)水(shui)困(kun)難(nan)。樞(shu)(shu)紐工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)分為(wei)(wei)水(shui)源工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、灌(guan)區(qu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)和(he)供(gong)水(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)分兩期(qi)建(jian)設,一(yi)期(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)總(zong)投資約73億(yi)元。龍(long)場(chang)渡(du)槽位于(yu)(yu)水(shui)利(li)輸(shu)水(shui)配(pei)送工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)總(zong)干渠上,單跨200米,是(shi)目前世界(jie)上同類渡(du)槽中(zhong)跨度(du)最大的渡(du)槽,被稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)“世界(jie)第一(yi)跨”,其科技(ji)和(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝難(nan)度(du)堪稱(cheng)中(zhong)國水(shui)利(li)建(jian)設的里程(cheng)(cheng)碑,是(shi)黔(qian)中(zhong)水(shui)利(li)樞(shu)(shu)紐的控(kong)制性工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。
為攻克渡(du)槽(cao)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)的各項技術難題,水電九局與國內知名(ming)橋(qiao)梁專(zhuan)家密切合作(zuo),組(zu)(zu)建現(xian)場專(zhuan)家工(gong)作(zuo)組(zu)(zu)攻堅克難。特別是在拱圈(quan)吊裝過程(cheng)中(zhong),每一個環(huan)節施(shi)工(gong)之前均作(zuo)了(le)(le)電腦仿(fang)真計算,每一階(jie)段的實測數據(ju)隨時修正(zheng)理論模型參數。同時,施(shi)工(gong)單位還大膽改進了(le)(le)傳(chuan)統的工(gong)法,如對節段榫頭、索力張拉(la)和標高(gao)調整等常(chang)規手(shou)段都作(zuo)了(le)(le)全(quan)面(mian)的創新。這些創新措施(shi)提高(gao)了(le)(le)效(xiao)率(lv),降低(di)了(le)(le)風險,改善(shan)了(le)(le)結構(gou)受力,也(ye)使(shi)得(de)拱圈(quan)和槽(cao)殼吊裝精度控制誤差達到了(le)(le)毫米(mi)級別,確保了(le)(le)渡(du)槽(cao)施(shi)工(gong)的順利完成(cheng)。
