2月(yue)22日,中國建(jian)筑(zhu)工(gong)程總公司所屬中建(jian)三局應用于武漢(han)三官漢(han)江公路大橋的鎖(suo)扣鋼管樁圍堰施工(gong)技術,經(jing)湖(hu)北省住房和城鄉(xiang)建(jian)設廳(ting)鑒(jian)定(ding),達到國內(nei)領先(xian)水(shui)平(ping)。
鎖(suo)(suo)扣(kou)鋼管樁(zhuang)(zhuang)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)堰(yan)(yan)技術,是一種采用支(zhi)護鋼管樁(zhuang)(zhuang)、陰(C型(xing)(xing)(xing))陽(O型(xing)(xing)(xing))鎖(suo)(suo)扣(kou)、圈梁內支(zhi)撐組成的(de)新型(xing)(xing)(xing)C-O型(xing)(xing)(xing)鎖(suo)(suo)扣(kou)鋼管樁(zhuang)(zhuang)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)堰(yan)(yan)。該圍(wei)(wei)(wei)堰(yan)(yan)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝簡單、速度(du)快(kuai)且圍(wei)(wei)(wei)堰(yan)(yan)材料均(jun)可回收再次利用,在不(bu)良(liang)地質、復(fu)雜水(shui)環境下施(shi)工(gong)(gong)便(bian)捷、工(gong)(gong)作面阻礙(ai)小,圍(wei)(wei)(wei)堰(yan)(yan)結(jie)構(gou)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)時可進行散拼(pin),不(bu)需要大型(xing)(xing)(xing)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)船舶(bo),對(dui)航(hang)道影響小;同時,通過提高(gao)(gao)C-O鎖(suo)(suo)扣(kou)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)精度(du),減小鎖(suo)(suo)扣(kou)間隙(xi),保證了深水(shui)水(shui)密性(xing),解決了在深水(shui)、復(fu)雜覆層等地質條件下工(gong)(gong)期要求(qiu)嚴、止水(shui)效(xiao)果(guo)差、安全風險大、環保要求(qiu)高(gao)(gao)的(de)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)堰(yan)(yan)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)難題。
