日前(qian),中國建筑工程總(zong)公司所屬(shu)中建二局研發的“高烈度設(she)防大(da)型(xing)博物館施工關鍵技術”經(jing)四(si)川省住房和城鄉建設(she)廳鑒定,達到國際先(xian)進(jin)水(shui)平(ping)。
該科技(ji)(ji)(ji)成(cheng)果包含(han)三項關(guan)鍵核心技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu):一是(shi)(shi)地基(ji)與(yu)基(ji)礎整(zheng)體(ti)隔震體(ti)系施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),實現了(le)多連體(ti)橡膠隔震支座高精度(du)安裝,有效降(jiang)低了(le)地震波對建筑主(zhu)體(ti)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)的破壞力(li);二是(shi)(shi)復雜(za)空(kong)(kong)間結(jie)構(gou)(gou)體(ti)系施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),通過應用(yong)外(wai)鋼筒殼+鋼框架+核心筒組合空(kong)(kong)間結(jie)構(gou)(gou)體(ti)系施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),成(cheng)功解決了(le)相應施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)難題;三是(shi)(shi)復雜(za)造型(xing)(xing)單體(ti)博(bo)物館幕墻(qiang)(qiang)系統施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),通過采用(yong)復雜(za)造型(xing)(xing)單體(ti)博(bo)物館幕墻(qiang)(qiang)系統施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、轉(zhuan)接件及次鋼梁施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、拉索(suo)銅(tong)網幕墻(qiang)(qiang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、平鎖(suo)扣銅(tong)板幕墻(qiang)(qiang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、盒體(ti)銅(tong)板幕墻(qiang)(qiang)及鋼網幕墻(qiang)(qiang)防水技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),成(cheng)功解決了(le)特殊造型(xing)(xing)的大(da)型(xing)(xing)鋼結(jie)構(gou)(gou)建筑施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)難題。
該技術已在汶川災后最(zui)大(da)單體隔震(zhen)建筑成都博物館(中(zhong)國皮影博物館)項目(mu)得到成功應(ying)用,對(dui)我國高裂度地震(zhen)區大(da)型(xing)公共建筑、大(da)型(xing)鋼結構建筑工程具有(you)推廣(guang)應(ying)用價值(zhi)。
