7月6日,由5名院士(shi)、多名專(zhuan)家組成的(de)城(cheng)市(shi)洪澇防(fang)治調(diao)研(yan)組一行(xing)來到中國電(dian)建集團承建的(de)青(qing)島中德生態園(yuan),就日前中國電(dian)建在山(shan)東省率先實(shi)(shi)施的(de)海綿城(cheng)市(shi)排水降噪瀝青(qing)路面(mian)(mian)(簡稱:OGFC路面(mian)(mian))科技應用實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)情況進行(xing)現場調(diao)研(yan)。
在(zai)(zai)中德生(sheng)態園9號線(xian)現場,調研(yan)組聽取了中德生(sheng)態園管委會、電建(jian)路橋(qiao)公司青島項(xiang)目相(xiang)關(guan)負責(ze)人的(de)(de)情況介紹,對中國電建(jian)率先在(zai)(zai)山東(dong)省將當(dang)(dang)(dang)前先進的(de)(de)科研(yan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果應用于(yu)實(shi)(shi)踐的(de)(de)做法和成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績表示(shi)肯定(ding)。在(zai)(zai)綜(zong)合調研(yan)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)后(hou),調研(yan)組就OGFC路面在(zai)(zai)實(shi)(shi)踐中的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)提(ti)出(chu)中肯詳盡的(de)(de)建(jian)議(yi),同時指出(chu),OGFC路面對當(dang)(dang)(dang)前國家海綿(mian)城市建(jian)設具有減(jian)少水霧眩光、降低噪音、防水漂(piao)、提(ti)高潮濕(shi)路面抗滑性等多種(zhong)綜(zong)合優(you)點,希望中國電建(jian)科研(yan)及(ji)施(shi)工(gong)單(dan)位不斷完(wan)善該技術(shu)在(zai)(zai)實(shi)(shi)際應用的(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)管理,形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)完(wan)備的(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)、維(wei)護方(fang)案,為當(dang)(dang)(dang)前海綿(mian)城市建(jian)設、抑制(zhi)城市內(nei)澇(lao)發揮(hui)更大(da)的(de)(de)作用。
作為工(gong)程建設科技(ji)(ji)自主研發能力、應用能力位(wei)列國(guo)(guo)內前列的(de)大(da)型(xing)建筑企業,2016年6月21日,中國(guo)(guo)電建在(zai)青島中德生態園項目9號線路(lu)(lu)上(shang)(shang)率(lv)先將OGFC路(lu)(lu)面先進技(ji)(ji)術(shu)應用于工(gong)程實體建設,作為山東省(sheng)內首個在(zai)市(shi)政道(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)上(shang)(shang)成功應用該技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)案(an)例,9號線的(de)建設工(gong)程充分(fen)貫徹(che)了國(guo)(guo)家海(hai)綿城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)“滲、滯、蓄、凈、用、排”六(liu)字方針,該道(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)分(fen)別采用了下凹式綠地、缺口式路(lu)(lu)沿石、透(tou)水鋪裝(zhuang)、集水模塊(kuai)、滲管(guan)、滲井、溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)池、溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)井、棄流(liu)(liu)池、OGFC(排水降噪)路(lu)(lu)面等十(shi)大(da)基礎(chu)措施,確保(bao)雨水能在(zai)該條道(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)上(shang)(shang)得到充分(fen)循環利用。通過上(shang)(shang)述技(ji)(ji)術(shu)措施的(de)應用,據測算,年徑(jing)流(liu)(liu)總量控制率(lv)將達到80%,大(da)大(da)減少(shao)地表徑(jing)流(liu)(liu),從(cong)而從(cong)根本上(shang)(shang)杜絕(jue)城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)內澇和城(cheng)(cheng)區看海(hai)的(de)現象,同時減少(shao)綠化養護對城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)用水的(de)依賴;減輕下游(you)河道(dao)(dao)雨洪壓力;降低車輛通行生產的(de)噪音(yin)污染。
