國家電網加快推進“互聯網+”營銷服務應用工作

近日,國家(jia)電網(wang)公司2016年(nian)年(nian)中工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)會議透露,公司將全面構建“互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)+”營(ying)(ying)銷服務渠道,統一建設開放、互(hu)(hu)動的線上智能(neng)服務平臺,深(shen)化大數據(ju)應用和移(yi)動作(zuo)(zuo)業應用,分試點(dian)驗證(zheng)、應用建設和體(ti)系完(wan)善三個階段全面建成“互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)+”營(ying)(ying)銷服務應用工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)體(ti)系。

近年(nian)來,在公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)黨組(zu)的堅強領導下(xia),公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)積極開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)“互(hu)聯網+”營(ying)銷服(fu)務(wu)應用(yong)工作(zuo),并取得階段性(xing)成(cheng)果,有(you)關(guan)項目成(cheng)功入(ru)(ru)選(xuan)國(guo)家發(fa)改委評選(xuan)的中國(guo)“互(hu)聯網+”行(xing)動百佳實踐(jian)案例。公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)拓展(zhan)電子渠(qu)(qu)道,建(jian)成(cheng)“掌(zhang)上電力(li)”手機APP、95598網站、“電e寶”、車聯網等線(xian)上服(fu)務(wu)渠(qu)(qu)道,注冊客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)數累計達5148.71萬戶(hu)(hu),已覆蓋除國(guo)網西藏(zang)電力(li)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)外的26個省(市)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si);推廣(guang)現場移動作(zuo)業(ye),建(jian)設營(ying)銷服(fu)務(wu)移動業(ye)務(wu)應用(yong)平臺(tai),配置移動作(zuo)業(ye)終端5.7萬臺(tai),現場服(fu)務(wu)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率和客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)感知度大(da)幅(fu)提(ti)(ti)(ti)升;開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)營(ying)銷大(da)數據分析,有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)支(zhi)撐公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)提(ti)(ti)(ti)質增(zeng)(zeng)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)和服(fu)務(wu)提(ti)(ti)(ti)升;開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)業(ye)擴全流程(cheng)管控,試點建(jian)設業(ye)擴全流程(cheng)信息公(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)與(yu)實時管控平臺(tai),促進業(ye)擴提(ti)(ti)(ti)質增(zeng)(zeng)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao);支(zhi)撐新(xin)型(xing)業(ye)務(wu)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan),累計接(jie)入(ru)(ru)“多(duo)表(biao)合一”采集(ji)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)41.95萬戶(hu)(hu),2.6萬個充電樁接(jie)入(ru)(ru)車聯網,積極培育公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)新(xin)的效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)點。

當前(qian),電力(li)改革(ge)加快推進(jin),互(hu)聯(lian)網技術飛速發展,售電側改革(ge)對(dui)營銷(xiao)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)提出新的要(yao)求(qiu)。公司黨組高度重視(shi)“互(hu)聯(lian)網+”營銷(xiao)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應用工作,進(jin)行專題研(yan)究(jiu),提出具體(ti)要(yao)求(qiu)。下(xia)一(yi)步,公司將大(da)力(li)拓展“互(hu)聯(lian)網+”營銷(xiao)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應用工作的廣度和深(shen)度,全面提升(sheng)公司服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)水平和服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率。
