國家電網加快推進“互聯網+”營銷服務應用工作

近日,國家電網公司2016年(nian)年(nian)中工作(zuo)會(hui)議透露,公司將全(quan)面構建“互聯(lian)網+”營(ying)銷(xiao)服(fu)務(wu)渠(qu)道,統一建設(she)開(kai)放、互動的線上智能(neng)服(fu)務(wu)平臺,深化(hua)大數據應用(yong)和(he)移動作(zuo)業應用(yong),分(fen)試點驗證、應用(yong)建設(she)和(he)體系(xi)完善三個(ge)階(jie)段全(quan)面建成“互聯(lian)網+”營(ying)銷(xiao)服(fu)務(wu)應用(yong)工作(zuo)體系(xi)。

近年來,在公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)黨組的堅強領導下,公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)積極開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)“互聯網+”營銷服(fu)(fu)務(wu)應(ying)用(yong)工作,并取得階(jie)段性成(cheng)果,有關項(xiang)目成(cheng)功入(ru)選國家發改委評選的中國“互聯網+”行動(dong)百佳實踐(jian)案例。公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)拓展(zhan)(zhan)電子渠道(dao),建成(cheng)“掌上電力(li)”手(shou)機APP、95598網站、“電e寶”、車聯網等線上服(fu)(fu)務(wu)渠道(dao),注冊客戶(hu)(hu)數累計(ji)達(da)5148.71萬戶(hu)(hu),已覆蓋除國網西藏電力(li)有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)外的26個省(市)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si);推(tui)廣現(xian)場移動(dong)作業(ye),建設(she)營銷服(fu)(fu)務(wu)移動(dong)業(ye)務(wu)應(ying)用(yong)平(ping)臺(tai),配置移動(dong)作業(ye)終(zhong)端(duan)5.7萬臺(tai),現(xian)場服(fu)(fu)務(wu)效率和客戶(hu)(hu)感知度大幅提(ti)升;開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)營銷大數據分(fen)析(xi),有效支撐公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)提(ti)質增(zeng)效和服(fu)(fu)務(wu)提(ti)升;開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)業(ye)擴(kuo)全(quan)流(liu)程(cheng)管控,試點建設(she)業(ye)擴(kuo)全(quan)流(liu)程(cheng)信息公(gong)(gong)開(kai)與(yu)實時(shi)管控平(ping)臺(tai),促進業(ye)擴(kuo)提(ti)質增(zeng)效;支撐新(xin)型業(ye)務(wu)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan),累計(ji)接(jie)入(ru)“多表(biao)合一”采集(ji)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)41.95萬戶(hu)(hu),2.6萬個充電樁接(jie)入(ru)車聯網,積極培育(yu)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)新(xin)的效益增(zeng)長點。

當前,電力(li)改革加(jia)快(kuai)推進(jin),互(hu)聯網(wang)技(ji)術飛速發展(zhan),售電側(ce)改革對營(ying)銷(xiao)服(fu)(fu)務提出(chu)新的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。公司(si)黨組高度重視“互(hu)聯網(wang)+”營(ying)銷(xiao)服(fu)(fu)務應用(yong)(yong)工(gong)作,進(jin)行專題(ti)研究,提出(chu)具體要(yao)求(qiu)。下一步(bu),公司(si)將大力(li)拓展(zhan)“互(hu)聯網(wang)+”營(ying)銷(xiao)服(fu)(fu)務應用(yong)(yong)工(gong)作的(de)廣度和深度,全(quan)面提升公司(si)服(fu)(fu)務水平(ping)和服(fu)(fu)務效率。
