近日,中國建(jian)(jian)筑工程總公司(si)所屬中建(jian)(jian)三局研(yan)發的科技(ji)成果“多(duo)處大懸(xuan)(xuan)挑復雜空間結構有支撐懸(xuan)(xuan)伸(shen)推進法(fa)施工技(ji)術(shu)”,經北京市住房和城鄉建(jian)(jian)設(she)委員會鑒定達國內領先水平。
該技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)具有(you)以下(xia)四大創(chuang)新(xin)點:一是創(chuang)新(xin)采用(yong)(yong)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)順序相關性控制(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、臨(lin)時支撐頂部水平力(li)(li)消除(chu)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)和同步(bu)分級卸載技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),解(jie)(jie)決(jue)了(le)最(zui)大懸挑81米鋼桁架施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安裝技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)難(nan)(nan)題(ti);二是采用(yong)(yong)中耳(er)板(ban)加貼板(ban)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),采用(yong)(yong)卡(ka)槽(cao)節點設計解(jie)(jie)決(jue)了(le)快速定位難(nan)(nan)題(ti);三是采用(yong)(yong)“吊柱(zhu)受(shou)力(li)(li)狀態轉(zhuan)換法施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)”,解(jie)(jie)決(jue)了(le)按“順序施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法”安裝后吊柱(zhu)受(shou)壓的難(nan)(nan)題(ti);四是應用(yong)(yong)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)機(ji)器人(ren)及(ji)大厚(hou)板(ban)仰(yang)焊(han)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝方(fang)法,減少了(le)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作量(liang)和殘余應力(li)(li),有(you)利(li)于(yu)縮短(duan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi),節約成本。
