營(ying)造車輛互聯生態系統

中國是全球車(che)聯網(wang)(wang)市(shi)場發(fa)展潛力最大(da)的(de)國家,產業規模幾乎(hu)每(mei)3年翻一倍。面對機(ji)遇,公司快(kuai)(kuai)速布局,致力打造電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)車(che)聯網(wang)(wang)平臺,通過標準(zhun)計費控制單元(TCU)接入(ru)(ru)分布各地(di)、由不同(tong)投資(zi)主體建設的(de)充電(dian)(dian)樁,為電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)提(ti)供線上(shang)預約、線下(xia)充電(dian)(dian)服(fu)務;同(tong)時將可租用(yong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)通過車(che)載終端統一接入(ru)(ru),為用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)提(ti)供線上(shang)預定、線下(xia)取車(che)服(fu)務。平臺整合國家電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)、南方電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)和其他(ta)運(yun)營商(shang)充電(dian)(dian)設施資(zi)源,構建充電(dian)(dian)服(fu)務一張網(wang)(wang),形成先發(fa)優勢。同(tong)時開放接入(ru)(ru)標準(zhun),實現充電(dian)(dian)設施、電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)、停車(che)位等硬資(zi)源的(de)快(kuai)(kuai)速接入(ru)(ru)和互聯互通,以及(ji)內容(rong)服(fu)務商(shang)、車(che)輛(liang)服(fu)務商(shang)等軟(ruan)資(zi)源的(de)接入(ru)(ru)和服(fu)務共享。

“目前,車(che)聯(lian)網(wang)平臺(tai)(tai)已經步入(ru)(ru)發展快車(che)道。”據國(guo)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務有限公(gong)(gong)司有關(guan)人員介紹,目前,車(che)聯(lian)網(wang)平臺(tai)(tai)已接(jie)入(ru)(ru)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁3.7萬(wan)(wan)個,其(qi)中(zhong)國(guo)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)(gong)司2.4萬(wan)(wan)個,社會充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)運營商1.3萬(wan)(wan)個。今年1~7月(yue)累(lei)計完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務213.8萬(wan)(wan)次,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量1.08億千瓦時,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)用(yong)戶超過8.1萬(wan)(wan)人。7月(yue),國(guo)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)公(gong)(gong)司在(zai)(zai)上海(hai)設立子(zi)公(gong)(gong)司,負責(ze)就近服(fu)(fu)(fu)務,落實(shi)具(ju)體項目和(he)市場(chang)開拓,建(jian)立和(he)完(wan)(wan)善(shan)車(che)聯(lian)網(wang)平臺(tai)(tai)屬地(di)化管(guan)理模式。不久之后,在(zai)(zai)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)全功能測試和(he)壓力測試的基礎上,車(che)聯(lian)網(wang)正式系統(tong)在(zai)(zai)上海(hai)災備中(zhong)心投運,支持(chi)12萬(wan)(wan)個充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁接(jie)入(ru)(ru)運營和(he)50萬(wan)(wan)用(yong)戶訪問服(fu)(fu)(fu)務,系統(tong)穩定性全面提升。

實現(xian)車輛(liang)互(hu)聯不難(nan),打造一(yi)個健康的(de)(de)車輛(liang)互(hu)聯生態(tai)系統(tong)卻并非(fei)易事。數據應用分析(xi)能(neng)力不足、運(yun)營模式重疊、全產(chan)業鏈布(bu)局能(neng)力有限等問題(ti),使得建設智能(neng)高效的(de)(de)車聯網(wang)平臺,依舊(jiu)任重道遠。

面對困難,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)持(chi)續發力(li)。根據國家電(dian)(dian)網(wang)“十三五”電(dian)(dian)動汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)充電(dian)(dian)網(wang)絡建(jian)設規劃(hua),2016~2017年(nian),采用(yong)單樁接(jie)入(ru)(ru)或平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)對接(jie)方式,大力(li)推進社(she)會(hui)充電(dian)(dian)樁接(jie)入(ru)(ru)車(che)(che)(che)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang);搭建(jian)云(yun)(yun)基礎設施(shi),實(shi)現車(che)(che)(che)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)業務(wu)(wu)面向(xiang)互聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)化(hua)改造(zao);完成(cheng)(cheng)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)正式部署,建(jian)設車(che)(che)(che)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)運(yun)營監控中心及(ji)可視化(hua)系(xi)統(tong)。2018~2020年(nian),全面提升(sheng)車(che)(che)(che)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)水平(ping),將車(che)(che)(che)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)打(da)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)公(gong)(gong)(gong)共(gong)云(yun)(yun)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai),面向(xiang)社(she)會(hui)充電(dian)(dian)設施(shi)運(yun)營商(shang)、車(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)租(zu)(zu)賃商(shang)、政府和(he)第三方服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)商(shang)提供多種公(gong)(gong)(gong)共(gong)云(yun)(yun)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu);建(jian)設車(che)(che)(che)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)異地容災中心和(he)同城容災中心,滿足車(che)(che)(che)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)全國級系(xi)統(tong)和(he)數據容災需求;依托數據采集(ji)、分析能(neng)(neng)力(li)及(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)熟的收費(fei)清分結(jie)算系(xi)統(tong),服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)客(ke)戶側分布式電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)、儲能(neng)(neng)系(xi)統(tong)、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)設備與智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)互聯(lian)(lian)交(jiao)易,將車(che)(che)(che)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)建(jian)設成(cheng)(cheng)與多方主體實(shi)時(shi)互動的核(he)心數據源(yuan)與信息(xi)交(jiao)匯點(dian)。到2020年(nian),計劃(hua)接(jie)入(ru)(ru)公(gong)(gong)(gong)共(gong)充電(dian)(dian)樁36萬(wan)個(ge)(ge)、私人(ren)共(gong)享充電(dian)(dian)樁50萬(wan)個(ge)(ge),電(dian)(dian)動汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)注冊(ce)用(yong)戶數超400萬(wan)。屆(jie)時(shi)將建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)公(gong)(gong)(gong)共(gong)租(zu)(zu)車(che)(che)(che)云(yun)(yun)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai),接(jie)入(ru)(ru)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)自(zi)營及(ji)社(she)會(hui)運(yun)營租(zu)(zu)賃電(dian)(dian)動汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)1.5萬(wan)輛(liang);同時(shi)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)增(zeng)值服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)云(yun)(yun)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai),拓展廣告(gao)、保險、維修(xiu)保養(yang)、生活娛樂等(deng)增(zeng)值服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)。

構建智能高效充換(huan)電網(wang)絡

我國(guo)新(xin)(xin)能源汽車發(fa)展勢(shi)頭強勁,位列(lie)七大戰略性新(xin)(xin)興產業。電(dian)動汽車局面已(yi)經打(da)開,勢(shi)能正在迸進,勢(shi)頭不可(ke)阻擋。與之伴隨的(de)充(chong)電(dian)服(fu)務市(shi)場(chang)廣闊。截至6月底,我國(guo)新(xin)(xin)能源汽車銷(xiao)量17萬(wan)輛(liang),同(tong)比增長127%,公(gong)司及各社會運(yun)營商投運(yun)公(gong)共(gong)充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)8.2萬(wan)個,同(tong)期增長221.6%。電(dian)動汽車的(de)日益普及對配套服(fu)務提出了(le)更(geng)高要求,充(chong)電(dian)服(fu)務已(yi)成為新(xin)(xin)的(de)經濟風(feng)口。

如(ru)何構建開放(fang)、智能(neng)(neng)、互動、高效的(de)(de)電(dian)動汽車充換電(dian)網(wang)絡,最大程(cheng)度提升公(gong)共充電(dian)樁效率效益、實現電(dian)動汽車與智能(neng)(neng)電(dian)網(wang)和諧發展(zhan),是擺(bai)在公(gong)司面(mian)前的(de)(de)重要(yao)課(ke)題。

規劃(hua)引領是第一步。公(gong)司(si)堅持全(quan)國一張網,26家省(sheng)公(gong)司(si)整體規劃(hua)、全(quan)面(mian)布(bu)局,結合(he)用戶出行及生活消(xiao)費習慣,優化公(gong)共充(chong)(chong)電設施選址,并通過建(jian)立充(chong)(chong)電設施物(wu)聯網,提高充(chong)(chong)電服務的(de)便捷性與(yu)可靠(kao)性。近年來,公(gong)司(si)以(yi)京津冀魯、長三角等(deng)國家電動汽(qi)車發(fa)(fa)展示范城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi)為(wei)重(zhong)點,加(jia)快城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi)和高速(su)公(gong)路公(gong)共快充(chong)(chong)站建(jian)設,全(quan)面(mian)服務公(gong)交、環衛(wei)、物(wu)流(liu)、出租車、私人乘用車等(deng)各類(lei)車型。累(lei)計建(jian)成充(chong)(chong)換(huan)電站1857座,充(chong)(chong)電樁(zhuang)3.22萬個(ge)。目前(qian),公(gong)司(si)已在京港澳(ao)等(deng)8條高速(su)公(gong)路投運快充(chong)(chong)站363座,覆蓋(gai)高速(su)公(gong)路1.1萬千米、12個(ge)省(sheng)的(de)81個(ge)城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi)。在世界率先實現了公(gong)共充(chong)(chong)換(huan)電服務由(you)(you)點到面(mian)、由(you)(you)城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi)到城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)際的(de)發(fa)(fa)展。

智(zhi)能高(gao)效是關鍵點。作(zuo)為連接(jie)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)與充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車的(de)紐帶,“e充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)”手機客戶(hu)(hu)端能優化(hua)(hua)線上、線下(xia)資源,實(shi)時監(jian)測充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)數據,為用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)提供安全高(gao)效的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)服務。另一邊,作(zuo)為提升(sheng)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設施智(zhi)能化(hua)(hua)水平的(de)利器,“智(zhi)慧心(xin)”(智(zhi)能標準計(ji)費控制單(dan)元TCU)采用(yong)(yong)安全嵌入式(shi)工控計(ji)算機,融合(he)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及車載一體化(hua)(hua)控制,實(shi)現樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)聯網(wang)(wang)、車聯網(wang)(wang)、人聯網(wang)(wang)和能源互聯網(wang)(wang);實(shi)時監(jian)測配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)負荷情況,積極消納清潔能源,充(chong)分利用(yong)(yong)波谷(gu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)和減少電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)棄(qi)風(feng)、棄(qi)水、棄(qi)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)。將(jiang)來,基于“智(zhi)慧心(xin)”,電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車將(jiang)成(cheng)為智(zhi)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)移動(dong)儲(chu)能單(dan)元,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)將(jiang)成(cheng)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車接(jie)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)能量(liang)路(lu)由器,車聯網(wang)(wang)平臺將(jiang)成(cheng)為用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)側(ce)儲(chu)能、電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車、分布式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源與智(zhi)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)能源互聯平臺。

重塑“互(hu)聯網+”綠色出(chu)行(xing)方式

加班到深夜,地(di)鐵已經停運(yun)。家(jia)住北京(jing)市東城區(qu)朝(chao)內南小(xiao)街的(de)詹先(xian)生走出辦公大樓(lou),在電動汽車(che)(che)(che)分時(shi)租(zu)賃停車(che)(che)(che)場前停下腳步。他掏出手機(ji)打(da)開“如e行”客戶端(duan),手指輕輕一(yi)點,已經等候多時(shi)的(de)黑色小(xiao)電動汽車(che)(che)(che)“滴(di)”了一(yi)聲。隨后,詹先(xian)生嫻(xian)熟地(di)開門(men)上車(che)(che)(che),駛向(xiang)數公里之外的(de)家(jia)。

在“互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)+”的(de)全面滲透下(xia),一種基于大數據和(he)移動(dong)互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)的(de)新(xin)(xin)型出(chu)行方式正(zheng)改變著人們的(de)生(sheng)活。今年上半(ban)年,滴滴出(chu)行日(ri)訂(ding)單量突(tu)破1000萬(wan),Uber累計訂(ding)單量超(chao)過20億(yi),神(shen)州租車車隊規模超(chao)過9萬(wan)輛(liang),北汽(qi)(qi)新(xin)(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)等新(xin)(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)汽(qi)(qi)車租賃業務也(ye)迅速擴張,基于“互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)+”的(de)汽(qi)(qi)車共享(xiang)經(jing)濟和(he)分(fen)時租賃模式駛(shi)入新(xin)(xin)的(de)發展軌道。

國家電網公(gong)司積極推進(jin)“兩個替代”,倡導綠(lv)色(se)(se)出行(xing)(xing)(xing)。公(gong)司全(quan)面連接“人與公(gong)共(gong)服(fu)務”,將(jiang)綠(lv)色(se)(se)發展理念貫穿始終,通過研究分時(shi)租賃(lin)、共(gong)享出行(xing)(xing)(xing)等(deng)商業模式(shi),參(can)與、培育、引領電動汽(qi)車(che)服(fu)務新業態。在此背景下,“如e行(xing)(xing)(xing)”電動汽(qi)車(che)分時(shi)租賃(lin)業務應運而生。該(gai)業務借(jie)助物聯(lian)網技術服(fu)務短途出行(xing)(xing)(xing)需求、滿足多人高效率共(gong)用,降低(di)私人使用電動汽(qi)車(che)成本和機動車(che)保有量(liang),實(shi)現綠(lv)色(se)(se)低(di)碳出行(xing)(xing)(xing),是解(jie)決城(cheng)市擁堵(du)、尾氣(qi)污染難題的良策(ce)。

作(zuo)(zuo)為新生(sheng)事物,“如e行(xing)”分(fen)時(shi)租賃業(ye)務(wu)(wu)未來將在(zai)全國范圍內逐步推廣運(yun)(yun)行(xing)。該業(ye)務(wu)(wu)第一批(pi)投(tou)入運(yun)(yun)營(ying)的電動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)(che)共14輛(liang),建設(she)充(chong)電樁35臺,并配有分(fen)時(shi)租賃專用(yong)(yong)停車(che)(che)位,可滿足車(che)(che)輛(liang)充(chong)電、停車(che)(che)需求。該業(ye)務(wu)(wu)安排設(she)計了時(shi)租、夜租、日租3種模(mo)式,供(gong)用(yong)(yong)戶自行(xing)定制出(chu)行(xing)方式。同時(shi),“如e行(xing)”分(fen)時(shi)租賃采用(yong)(yong)移動(dong)互聯(lian)網(wang)技(ji)術(shu),通(tong)過“智(zhi)慧心(xin)”實時(shi)監控(kong)車(che)(che)輛(liang)位置、電池、車(che)(che)況(kuang)、行(xing)駛(shi)軌(gui)跡(ji)等信息(xi),客服人員可根(gen)據監控(kong)結果(guo)實現防止用(yong)(yong)戶違約用(yong)(yong)車(che)(che)、查詢車(che)(che)輛(liang)違章責任人等操作(zuo)(zuo),實時(shi)、遠程(cheng)監控(kong)業(ye)務(wu)(wu),提升業(ye)務(wu)(wu)運(yun)(yun)營(ying)管理(li)能力。
