南方電網供電服務連續8年排名廣東省公共服務公眾滿意度第一

12月12日,廣(guang)東(dong)(dong)省省情調查(cha)(cha)研(yan)究中心(xin)公(gong)(gong)布2016廣(guang)東(dong)(dong)省地(di)方政府公(gong)(gong)共服務(wu)(wu)(供電)公(gong)(gong)眾評(ping)(ping)價專項調查(cha)(cha)報告,南(nan)方電網公(gong)(gong)司在廣(guang)東(dong)(dong)省地(di)方政府公(gong)(gong)共服務(wu)(wu)公(gong)(gong)眾滿意度測評(ping)(ping)中連續八年排名第一;公(gong)(gong)司在廣(guang)州(zhou)、深(shen)圳等20個廣(guang)東(dong)(dong)地(di)市供電服務(wu)(wu)的(de)滿意度也均(jun)位(wei)列各市政府公(gong)(gong)共服務(wu)(wu)首位(wei)。

本次(ci)專項(xiang)調查(cha)對公(gong)(gong)用事業(ye)、公(gong)(gong)共交通、公(gong)(gong)共教(jiao)育、社會保(bao)障等十類公(gong)(gong)共服務領域,涵蓋供電、供水(shui)、供氣(qi)、氣(qi)象、電信、有線電視、郵(you)政、銀行、保(bao)險等40項(xiang)具體公(gong)(gong)共服務進行了(le)評(ping)估與分(fen)析。

今年以(yi)來,南方(fang)電(dian)(dian)網公(gong)司(si)持續(xu)深化(hua)全(quan)方(fang)位客戶服(fu)(fu)務(wu)體系建(jian)設,通過(guo)有效的(de)傳遞機制,重點改進供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)穩(wen)定、供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)安全(quan)、客戶溝通、問題處(chu)理等(deng)環節。在停電(dian)(dian)處(chu)理、電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)質量、供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)安全(quan)、用電(dian)(dian)業務(wu)辦理、抄表收費、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)渠道等(deng)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)六(liu)個專項測評指標中(zhong),公(gong)司(si)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)安全(quan)、電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)質量的(de)滿意度(du)高于其他(ta)四(si)個專項指標,且(qie)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)安全(quan)的(de)滿意度(du)最高,獲得公(gong)眾的(de)充(chong)分肯定。
