12月12日(ri),廣(guang)東省省情(qing)調(diao)查研究中心公布2016廣(guang)東省地(di)方(fang)政府(fu)公共服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(供電(dian))公眾評價專(zhuan)項調(diao)查報告(gao),南方(fang)電(dian)網公司在廣(guang)東省地(di)方(fang)政府(fu)公共服(fu)務(wu)(wu)公眾滿意度(du)測評中連續八年排名(ming)第一;公司在廣(guang)州、深圳等20個廣(guang)東地(di)市(shi)供電(dian)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)的滿意度(du)也(ye)均(jun)位列(lie)各(ge)市(shi)政府(fu)公共服(fu)務(wu)(wu)首(shou)位。
本次(ci)專項調查對(dui)公(gong)(gong)用事業、公(gong)(gong)共(gong)(gong)(gong)交通、公(gong)(gong)共(gong)(gong)(gong)教育(yu)、社會保障等十類公(gong)(gong)共(gong)(gong)(gong)服務(wu)(wu)領域,涵(han)蓋供電、供水(shui)、供氣、氣象(xiang)、電信、有(you)線電視(shi)、郵政(zheng)、銀行(xing)、保險等40項具體(ti)公(gong)(gong)共(gong)(gong)(gong)服務(wu)(wu)進行(xing)了評(ping)估與分析。
今(jin)年以來(lai),南(nan)方電(dian)(dian)(dian)網公司(si)持(chi)續深化全(quan)(quan)(quan)方位客戶(hu)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)體系建設,通過有效的(de)傳遞機制,重點改進(jin)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)穩定、供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)、客戶(hu)溝(gou)通、問題處理(li)等環節。在停電(dian)(dian)(dian)處理(li)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)質(zhi)量、供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)、用電(dian)(dian)(dian)業務(wu)(wu)辦理(li)、抄表收費、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)渠道等供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)六個(ge)專項測評指標(biao)中,公司(si)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)質(zhi)量的(de)滿意(yi)度高于(yu)其他四個(ge)專項指標(biao),且供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)的(de)滿意(yi)度最高,獲得公眾的(de)充分肯定。
