12月28日(ri)下午,由中(zhong)國(guo)鐵建(jian)所屬中(zhong)鐵十(shi)(shi)一、十(shi)(shi)二(er)、十(shi)(shi)四、二(er)十(shi)(shi)局集(ji)團等單位(wei)參建(jian)的橫貫粵西中(zhong)部地區的廣(guang)東省江(門)羅(定)高速公路正式全(quan)線通車。它的建(jian)成,將為兩廣(guang)之間增添一條經濟大動脈(mo)。
其中(zhong),中(zhong)鐵十(shi)四局集團管段(duan)內,地下巖(yan)溶(rong)發育,數(shu)量多(duo)、分(fen)布廣,呈串珠狀發育,最(zui)大(da)(da)的溶(rong)洞(dong)深度為25米,給(gei)橋梁施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)帶來了(le)(le)極大(da)(da)困難。459根樁基中(zhong),半(ban)數(shu)以上(shang)為巖(yan)溶(rong)樁基,部(bu)分(fen)樁基需(xu)要進(jin)行(xing)預注(zhu)漿(jiang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提(ti)前對(dui)溶(rong)洞(dong)進(jin)行(xing)填充,施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程費(fei)時費(fei)力。現(xian)場(chang)(chang)作(zuo)業人員形象地稱(cheng)之為往(wang)“無底洞(dong)”里灌“水(shui)”。為破解施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難題,項(xiang)目部(bu)多(duo)次邀請專家現(xian)場(chang)(chang)指(zhi)導(dao)會商,共同(tong)研(yan)究(jiu)巖(yan)溶(rong)樁基處理方案,針對(dui)不同(tong)巖(yan)溶(rong)特點,掌握運用了(le)(le)回填法、預注(zhu)漿(jiang)法、鋼護筒(tong)法等(deng)專項(xiang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)法,極大(da)(da)提(ti)高了(le)(le)現(xian)場(chang)(chang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質量和效率(lv)。
江羅(luo)高速(su)公路(lu)(lu)(lu)是(shi)廣東省高速(su)公路(lu)(lu)(lu)網規劃(hua)中“四橫”線(xian)的(de)組成部分,線(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)全長147.4公里,是(shi)目前珠三角南區的(de)中山、江門等城(cheng)市通往(wang)廣西(xi)(xi)的(de)最(zui)短線(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)。通車后,粵西(xi)(xi)地(di)區被納入廣州“3小時經濟生(sheng)活(huo)圈”,將大(da)大(da)促(cu)進(jin)珠三角向粵西(xi)(xi)地(di)區的(de)經濟輻射和產業(ye)轉移,促(cu)進(jin)區域間分工(gong)與協作(zuo)。
