中鐵隧道集團廣州地鐵四號線 小新盾構工程右線盾構機成功穿越珠江
11月(yue)14日,中(zhong)國鐵路(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)總公司所屬的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)鐵隧(sui)道(dao)集(ji)團(tuan)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)廣州(zhou)地(di)鐵四號(hao)線(xian)小(xiao)谷(gu)圍~新(xin)(xin)造(zao)盾(dun)構施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區間右線(xian)盾(dun)構機(ji)成功穿越珠(zhu)江(jiang),標志著小(xiao)新(xin)(xin)盾(dun)構工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)重難點(dian)取得突破(po)。廣州(zhou)城市軌道(dao)交通(tong)四號(hao)線(xian)是一條通(tong)向廣州(zhou)大學城的(de)(de)(de)地(di)鐵專(zhuan)用線(xian)綠(lv)色通(tong)道(dao)。其中(zhong)小(xiao)新(xin)(xin)盾(dun)構土建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)位于整條線(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)南部,地(di)處廣州(zhou)市番禺區新(xin)(xin)造(zao)鎮(zhen),區間全長1718雙線(xian)延米,是四號(hao)線(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)重點(dian)盾(dun)構施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)標段之一。盾(dun)構機(ji)將(jiang)從新(xin)(xin)造(zao)站(zhan)北(bei)(bei)端(duan)的(de)(de)(de)明挖盾(dun)構始(shi)發井(jing)向西北(bei)(bei)穿過曾邊村、新(xin)(xin)廣公路(lu)、橫越510m寬的(de)(de)(de)珠(zhu)江(jiang)新(xin)(xin)造(zao)海、新(xin)(xin)造(zao)北(bei)(bei)岸、練溪村,最(zui)后到達(da)小(xiao)谷(gu)圍站(zhan)南端(duan)的(de)(de)(de)吊出井(jing)。
穿越珠江的盾構施工,是一次迎接施工新技術的嚴峻挑戰,也是對中鐵隧道集團盾構施工技術水平的真正考驗,存在著通過新造海最深處隧道埋深淺(江水最深達17m、江底最深處埋深8.37m)、線路大坡度(50‰)、地質復雜等三大施工重點和難點。施工中認真貫徹“穩扎穩打、跟蹤監測;確保安全、群策群防”的方針,經過74天鏖戰,右線盾構順利過江,為今后類似工程施工積累了寶貴的經驗。
