9月份(fen),攀鋼(gang)(gang)新鋼(gang)(gang)釩提釩煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)廠回收利用轉爐煤氣量達到了5611688公(gong)(gong)(gong)斤(jin)標準(zhun)煤,比轉爐工序(xu)煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)消耗的能量多出128683公(gong)(gong)(gong)斤(jin)標準(zhun)煤,5座(zuo)煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)轉爐工序(xu)噸鋼(gang)(gang)能耗為負0.305公(gong)(gong)(gong)斤(jin)標準(zhun)煤,這表明攀鋼(gang)(gang)首次實(shi)現了負能煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)(gang),標志著(zhu)攀鋼(gang)(gang)節(jie)能減排工作取得歷史性突破。
轉爐(lu)負能(neng)煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)是(shi)(shi)指轉爐(lu)煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)工序消(xiao)耗(hao)的(de)(de)總(zong)能(neng)量(liang)(liang)小于(yu)回收的(de)(de)總(zong)能(neng)量(liang)(liang),即轉爐(lu)煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)工序過程(cheng)中(zhong)支出的(de)(de)能(neng)量(liang)(liang)氧氣、氮氣、焦爐(lu)煤氣、水、電和使(shi)用外廠蒸(zheng)汽等能(neng)源,與回收的(de)(de)轉爐(lu)煤氣、蒸(zheng)汽之(zhi)差為負值。實(shi)現負能(neng)煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)是(shi)(shi)煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)工藝、設備、操作以及(ji)管理諸方面先(xian)進(jin)水平(ping)的(de)(de)綜合(he)體現,也是(shi)(shi)節能(neng)減排、降低成(cheng)本、提(ti)高企(qi)業綜合(he)競爭力的(de)(de)重要(yao)措施。
攀鋼(gang)首次實(shi)現負能(neng)(neng)煉(lian)鋼(gang),主要得益于今(jin)年(nian)4月(yue)2日投產的新1號、2號轉(zhuan)爐煤(mei)氣(qi)回收系(xi)統(tong)。該系(xi)統(tong)是攀鋼(gang)循環(huan)(huan)經(jing)濟建設(she)中(zhong)的重要節能(neng)(neng)環(huan)(huan)保項目之(zhi)一,整體系(xi)統(tong)從(cong)國(guo)外引進(jin),性(xing)能(neng)(neng)先進(jin),它實(shi)現了轉(zhuan)爐能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的“再(zai)造”,打(da)破(po)了傳統(tong)的“資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)-產品(pin)-廢(fei)棄物”的單向(xiang)直線發展過(guo)程,而代之(zhi)以(yi)“資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)-產品(pin)-廢(fei)棄物-再(zai)生資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)”的能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)循環(huan)(huan)利用(yong)方式,使過(guo)去被(bei)燃燒放散的轉(zhuan)爐煤(mei)氣(qi)得到回收利用(yong),從(cong)而降低(di)轉(zhuan)爐工序的能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)消耗。據(ju)測算(suan),該系(xi)統(tong)噸鋼(gang)可回收煤(mei)氣(qi)80立方米(mi)左右(you),按照新轉(zhuan)爐年(nian)產200萬(wan)(wan)噸鋼(gang)計算(suan),每年(nian)可減少16000萬(wan)(wan)立方米(mi)煤(mei)氣(qi)燃放,降低(di)生產成本數千萬(wan)(wan)元。
