13鉻完井管柱(zhu)不能抵御酸液腐蝕的問題(ti),世界上還沒有解決方法。這一難題(ti)日(ri)前(qian)在中(zhong)國石(shi)油(you)(you)塔(ta)里木油(you)(you)田進行(xing)的迪那2-8井酸化中(zhong)取得了重(zhong)大突破。
迪那2氣(qi)田儲層(ceng)高(gao)壓(ya)、低滲,要(yao)實現(xian)(xian)單井(jing)高(gao)產,必須進行儲層(ceng)酸(suan)化改(gai)造。然而,適合迪那2氣(qi)田腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)環境(jing)的(de)(de)13鉻(ge)完井(jing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)柱材質卻不能抵御酸(suan)液的(de)(de)腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi),這在世界上都(dou)沒(mei)有現(xian)(xian)成(cheng)的(de)(de)解決辦(ban)法。塔(ta)里(li)木油田曾和西安管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)材研(yan)(yan)究所共同研(yan)(yan)制開(kai)發出(chu)(chu)緩蝕(shi)(shi)材料,并在現(xian)(xian)場實驗獲(huo)得(de)初步成(cheng)功,但在迪那2-8井(jing)應用中,13鉻(ge)油管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)連(lian)接部(bu)位卻出(chu)(chu)現(xian)(xian)明(ming)顯的(de)(de)點(dian)蝕(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)象。為徹底解決13鉻(ge)油管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)受酸(suan)腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)問(wen)題,塔(ta)里(li)木油田多次(ci)組織相關(guan)專(zhuan)家攻(gong)關(guan),找到(dao)了問(wen)題的(de)(de)根源(yuan),提出(chu)(chu)了高(gao)壓(ya)氣(qi)井(jing)酸(suan)化施工優(you)化方案。9月底在迪那2-8井(jing)實施這一方案后(hou),13鉻(ge)測試(shi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)柱均沒(mei)有發現(xian)(xian)明(ming)顯的(de)(de)腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)象,表明(ming)13鉻(ge)油管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)防酸(suan)腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)試(shi)驗獲(huo)得(de)成(cheng)功。
