兵器裝備集團薄膜太陽能電池組件達國際先進水平

  近日,中國(guo)(guo)兵(bing)器裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)集(ji)(ji)團公司生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)首(shou)批(pi)非(fei)晶(jing)(jing)(jing)硅(gui)(gui)單(dan)(dan)(dan)結薄膜太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組件(jian)順利(li)下線,其(qi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)性能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)達到(dao)了國(guo)(guo)際(ji)同(tong)行業先進(jin)水平,標志(zhi)著(zhu)兵(bing)器裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)集(ji)(ji)團的(de)綠色新能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源產(chan)(chan)(chan)業形成(cheng)了風能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、多晶(jing)(jing)(jing)硅(gui)(gui)太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)光(guang)伏(fu)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)、非(fei)晶(jing)(jing)(jing)硅(gui)(gui)單(dan)(dan)(dan)結薄膜太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組件(jian)等(deng)多個產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)譜系(xi)。此次(ci)下線的(de)非(fei)晶(jing)(jing)(jing)硅(gui)(gui)單(dan)(dan)(dan)結薄膜太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)具有生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)成(cheng)本(ben)低(di)、能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)返(fan)回期(qi)短、適于(yu)(yu)大批(pi)量(liang)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)、高溫性能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)好(hao)、弱光(guang)響(xiang)應(ying)好(hao)、充電(dian)(dian)效率高等(deng)特點,其(qi)初(chu)始光(guang)電(dian)(dian)轉換效率達到(dao)8%,高于(yu)(yu)當(dang)前(qian)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)同(tong)行業產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)效率(5.5%-7%),在相同(tong)環境條件(jian)下,每千瓦年(nian)(nian)發電(dian)(dian)量(liang)要比單(dan)(dan)(dan)晶(jing)(jing)(jing)硅(gui)(gui)高8%,比多晶(jing)(jing)(jing)硅(gui)(gui)高13%。該電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組件(jian)廣(guang)泛適用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)光(guang)伏(fu)建筑一體化、大規模(mo)(mo)低(di)成(cheng)本(ben)發電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)、太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)照明(ming)光(guang)源等(deng)民用(yong)(yong)領域(yu),同(tong)時在國(guo)(guo)防(fang)、軍(jun)事應(ying)用(yong)(yong)上還具有突(tu)出優勢,可應(ying)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)海(hai)島、高山哨所以及無人值守設備(bei)、高空探測設備(bei)、野戰裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)和單(dan)(dan)(dan)兵(bing)武器、空間飛行器等(deng)領域(yu)。目前(qian),兵(bing)器裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)集(ji)(ji)團非(fei)/微晶(jing)(jing)(jing)硅(gui)(gui)太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線年(nian)(nian)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)規模(mo)(mo)為46.5兆(zhao)瓦,首(shou)年(nian)(nian)將完(wan)成(cheng)8兆(zhao)瓦產(chan)(chan)(chan)量(liang),最終將投資80億元,形成(cheng)年(nian)(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)薄膜光(guang)伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)500兆(zhao)瓦的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力。
