2月28日(ri),國內首座柔(rou)(rou)性直(zhi)流(liu)換(huan)流(liu)站——35千(qian)伏南風換(huan)流(liu)站首次充電(dian)。該(gai)換(huan)流(liu)站的啟動(dong),意味著我國柔(rou)(rou)性直(zhi)流(liu)輸電(dian)技術的研(yan)究、開發和(he)應用進入了一個新的時代,標志著我國清潔能源的接(jie)入技術達到了國際領先水平。
上海超高(gao)壓公(gong)司相關(guan)負責人介(jie)紹:“柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)直流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)技術能有(you)效提高(gao)電(dian)網接納清(qing)潔能源(yuan)的(de)能力,使換(huan)流(liu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)更加綠色、低(di)碳(tan)、環保。與傳統(tong)換(huan)流(liu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)相比,柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)換(huan)流(liu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)變電(dian)損耗比傳統(tong)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)更低(di),輸(shu)電(dian)效率更高(gao),而且(qie)造價較低(di),可以提升電(dian)網基礎設施資源(yuan)利用率和供電(dian)可靠性(xing),達到(dao)節能減排的(de)目的(de)。
據(ju)悉,上海南(nan)(nan)匯風電(dian)(dian)(dian)場柔性直流(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)程(cheng)是國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網公司智(zhi)能(neng)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)建設(she)的(de)示(shi)范工(gong)程(cheng)。該工(gong)程(cheng)是國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網公司2010年(nian)智(zhi)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網建設(she)體系的(de)重大科技示(shi)范項目和(he)堅強智(zhi)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網建設(she)的(de)第二批試點項目。工(gong)程(cheng)包括兩個(ge)直流(liu)換流(liu)站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)8千米(mi)直流(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)線路(lu)。本次啟動的(de)為風電(dian)(dian)(dian)側——35千伏南(nan)(nan)風換流(liu)站(zhan)(zhan),其額(e)(e)定運行容(rong)量(liang)為1.8萬千瓦,直流(liu)額(e)(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為±30千伏,直流(liu)額(e)(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為300安。該換流(liu)站(zhan)(zhan)對于(yu)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)穩定并入上海電(dian)(dian)(dian)網提供(gong)了技術支撐。
本(ben)次35千伏南風換流(liu)站(zhan)工(gong)程(cheng)建設由(you)上海超高壓公司負責。中國電科院(yuan)等參與(yu)設備(bei)的研制和調試。上海市電力公司高度重視此次柔(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)示范(fan)工(gong)程(cheng),專門整合多(duo)方(fang)資源(yuan),就(jiu)柔(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)換流(liu)站(zhan)技術進(jin)行研究,制定了從建設到(dao)運行管理的一整套(tao)方(fang)案。本(ben)次柔(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)示范(fan)工(gong)程(cheng)是智(zhi)能電網(wang)系統理論研究成(cheng)果轉化為工(gong)程(cheng)實踐的應用典(dian)范(fan)。

柔性直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)是(shi)迄今為止工程應用(yong)中最(zui)先進(jin)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)子技(ji)術(shu)(shu),也是(shi)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網關(guan)鍵技(ji)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)一(yi)。在風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)領域,風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場發電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)力受制(zhi)于風(feng)力的(de)(de)大(da)小,傳統的(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)站(zhan)對換流(liu)后的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)出功率基(ji)本(ben)不可調。柔性直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)通(tong)過“絕緣(yuan)柵極雙(shuang)極型晶(jing)體管”,能(neng)(neng)實時、精(jing)確(que)地(di)控制(zhi)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)功率。這就(jiu)好比給(gei)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)裝(zhuang)上了一(yi)個“蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)”,使人們能(neng)(neng)更自(zi)如地(di)控制(zhi)輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)路的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)大(da)小和輸(shu)(shu)送狀態。
柔性直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)技術(shu)還是解決大面積區(qu)域停電(dian)、實現遠距離孤立送電(dian)的(de)(de)有效途(tu)徑(jing)。在相聯(lian)的(de)(de)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)系統因(yin)(yin)故障全部停電(dian)后,網內柔性直(zhi)流(liu)部分因(yin)(yin)不受交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)網故障影響,成為孤立小電(dian)網仍維(wei)持運行,此時即可帶動無自啟(qi)動能力的(de)(de)發電(dian)機(ji)組(zu),逐漸擴大恢復范圍(wei),完(wan)成整個系統“黑啟(qi)動”過程(cheng)。在新能源(yuan)日益加快發展(zhan)的(de)(de)背景下,柔性直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)技術(shu)具有重要應用價值。
