雷(lei)(lei)擊是(shi)除自(zi)然災害和(he)外(wai)力破壞(huai)之(zhi)外(wai)影(ying)(ying)響電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)安(an)全運行的(de)首要(yao)因素,世界各國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)均投(tou)入大量人(ren)力物力開(kai)展(zhan)相關研究(jiu)應對(dui)雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)影(ying)(ying)響。為(wei)(wei)提高(gao)我國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)抵御雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)災害的(de)能力,國(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)積(ji)極開(kai)展(zhan)雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)監(jian)測技術(shu)研究(jiu)與應用,截至(zhi)目前,公(gong)司所屬國(guo)網(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力科學研究(jiu)院利用研發的(de)雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)系(xi)統(tong)已建立了(le)(le)國(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)和(he)南方電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)兩(liang)大雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)監(jian)測網(wang)(wang)絡,實現了(le)(le)對(dui)全國(guo)除臺(tai)灣省(sheng)外(wai)的(de)33個(ge)行政(zheng)區域和(he)90%以上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)覆(fu)蓋,對(dui)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線路雷(lei)(lei)擊故(gu)障點的(de)快速定(ding)位(wei)(wei)精度已優(you)于500米、探測效(xiao)率(lv)超過85%,有(you)效(xiao)解(jie)決了(le)(le)省(sheng)際(ji)間存在(zai)的(de)雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)監(jian)測盲區,大大提高(gao)了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)雷(lei)(lei)擊預警與應急處理能力,保障了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)安(an)全運行,并使(shi)我國(guo)成為(wei)(wei)世界上(shang)繼(ji)美國(guo)之(zhi)后第(di)二個(ge)在(zai)大規模(mo)雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)監(jian)測技術(shu)領域擁有(you)自(zi)主(zhu)知(zhi)識產(chan)權的(de)國(guo)家。
經過多年的雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)定位系(xi)統(tong)建設運行(xing),國(guo)(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)所(suo)屬國(guo)(guo)網(wang)(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)科院已(yi)在(zai)全國(guo)(guo)建設了(le)(le)486個(ge)雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)探(tan)測站(zhan),37個(ge)數據(ju)中(zhong)心站(zhan),累積了(le)(le)二十余省份,長達11年,多達12億條的雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)監測數據(ju)。通(tong)過樣本整(zheng)理和數據(ju)挖掘分析,獲得了(le)(le)各區域以及特高(gao)壓(ya)工程等(deng)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線路走廊的雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)活(huo)動規律及特征參數,為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)防(fang)(fang)雷(lei)(lei)設計(ji)提供了(le)(le)重(zhong)(zhong)要技術參考,成為(wei)我國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)防(fang)(fang)雷(lei)(lei)減(jian)災的基礎技術平臺(tai)。同時,作為(wei)防(fang)(fang)雷(lei)(lei)領(ling)(ling)域的重(zhong)(zhong)要基礎成果,以京滬高(gao)鐵、張(zhang)北光伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)等(deng)防(fang)(fang)雷(lei)(lei)項目為(wei)起(qi)點,國(guo)(guo)網(wang)(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)科院正(zheng)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)先進成熟(shu)的防(fang)(fang)雷(lei)(lei)技術推廣應用(yong)至能(neng)源、航天(tian)、航空、高(gao)鐵、石化、軍事、通(tong)信(xin)等(deng)其他領(ling)(ling)域,對提高(gao)我國(guo)(guo)各行(xing)業整(zheng)體防(fang)(fang)雷(lei)(lei)技術水平具有重(zhong)(zhong)要意義。
