雷(lei)擊是(shi)除自(zi)(zi)然災(zai)(zai)害(hai)和外(wai)力(li)(li)破壞之外(wai)影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)安全(quan)運行的(de)首要因素,世界各國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)均投入大(da)(da)量人力(li)(li)物力(li)(li)開展(zhan)相關研(yan)究應對雷(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)影響。為(wei)提高我國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)抵(di)御雷(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)災(zai)(zai)害(hai)的(de)能(neng)力(li)(li),國(guo)(guo)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)積(ji)極開展(zhan)雷(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)監(jian)測(ce)技術(shu)研(yan)究與應用(yong),截至目前,公司所屬國(guo)(guo)網(wang)(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)科學研(yan)究院利用(yong)研(yan)發的(de)雷(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)定位(wei)系(xi)統(tong)已建立了(le)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)和南方(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)兩大(da)(da)雷(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)監(jian)測(ce)網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡,實現了(le)對全(quan)國(guo)(guo)除臺灣省外(wai)的(de)33個行政(zheng)區域和90%以(yi)上(shang)(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)覆蓋(gai),對輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線路(lu)雷(lei)擊故障點的(de)快速定位(wei)精度已優于500米、探測(ce)效率(lv)超(chao)過85%,有效解決了(le)省際間存在(zai)的(de)雷(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)監(jian)測(ce)盲(mang)區,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提高了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)雷(lei)擊預警與應急處(chu)理能(neng)力(li)(li),保障了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)安全(quan)運行,并使我國(guo)(guo)成為(wei)世界上(shang)(shang)繼美國(guo)(guo)之后(hou)第二個在(zai)大(da)(da)規模(mo)雷(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)定位(wei)監(jian)測(ce)技術(shu)領域擁有自(zi)(zi)主知(zhi)識產(chan)權(quan)的(de)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)。
經過多年的雷(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)定位系統建(jian)設運(yun)行(xing),國(guo)(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)所屬國(guo)(guo)網(wang)(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科(ke)院(yuan)已(yi)在全國(guo)(guo)建(jian)設了486個雷(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)探測站,37個數據(ju)中(zhong)心站,累積了二十余省份,長達11年,多達12億條的雷(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)監測數據(ju)。通(tong)過樣(yang)本(ben)整理和數據(ju)挖(wa)掘(jue)分析(xi),獲得(de)了各(ge)區域以及特高壓工程等(deng)(deng)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線路走廊的雷(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)活動(dong)規律及特征參數,為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)防(fang)雷(lei)設計(ji)提(ti)供了重(zhong)要(yao)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)參考,成(cheng)為我國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)防(fang)雷(lei)減(jian)災的基礎技(ji)術(shu)(shu)平(ping)臺。同(tong)時(shi),作為防(fang)雷(lei)領(ling)域的重(zhong)要(yao)基礎成(cheng)果(guo),以京(jing)滬(hu)高鐵、張北光伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站等(deng)(deng)防(fang)雷(lei)項目為起點,國(guo)(guo)網(wang)(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科(ke)院(yuan)正將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系統先進成(cheng)熟的防(fang)雷(lei)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)推廣應用至能源、航天、航空、高鐵、石(shi)化、軍(jun)事(shi)、通(tong)信(xin)等(deng)(deng)其他領(ling)域,對提(ti)高我國(guo)(guo)各(ge)行(xing)業整體防(fang)雷(lei)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)水平(ping)具(ju)有重(zhong)要(yao)意(yi)義。
