近日,由國家電網公司所屬中國電力科學研究院建設的電力系統仿真國家工程實驗室通過國家發改委組織的驗收,標志著我國在大規模電力系統仿真領域實現重大關鍵技術突破。該實驗室針對我國特高壓電網和大型交直流混合電網建設運行的安全需要,開展了一系列基礎、應用研究及重大關鍵技術研發,實現了對大型復雜電力系統進行全方位仿真,在仿真規模、仿真能力和綜合研究水平等方面居于國際領先地位,全面促進了我國具有自主知識產權及世界領先水平的電網規劃、運行仿真核心技術體系的形成,將為全面掌握大型復雜電網運行和控制機理,實現電網事故預演和大電網動態安全預警,保障我國電力系統安全經濟運行發揮關鍵作用。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)仿(fang)真(zhen)是指通(tong)過建立數(shu)(shu)學模(mo)(mo)型和(he)(he)參數(shu)(shu),分析(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)各元(yuan)素性質及(ji)(ji)(ji)相互關系(xi)(xi),并據此進行(xing)試驗(yan)和(he)(he)定(ding)量(liang)分析(xi),獲(huo)得(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力規劃、設(she)計、運(yun)行(xing)所需的(de)(de)(de)各種(zhong)參考(kao)數(shu)(shu)據。近年來,隨著我(wo)國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)(de)(de)快速發(fa)展,保障大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)安(an)(an)全穩定(ding)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)任(ren)務(wu)十分艱巨。該實驗(yan)室建成(cheng)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)全數(shu)(shu)字仿(fang)真(zhen)、動(dong)態物理(li)(li)模(mo)(mo)擬、數(shu)(shu)模(mo)(mo)混合(he)仿(fang)真(zhen)、運(yun)行(xing)和(he)(he)安(an)(an)全監控(kong)等試驗(yan)研(yan)究(jiu)平臺,擁有4套(tao)±500千伏雙(shuang)極長距離(li)(li)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、2套(tao)±800千伏雙(shuang)極長距離(li)(li)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、1套(tao)柔性直流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、1套(tao)涵蓋特高(gao)壓(ya)等多種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)物理(li)(li)仿(fang)真(zhen)裝置及(ji)(ji)(ji)全數(shu)(shu)字仿(fang)真(zhen)裝置,配(pei)有14臺發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機組、特高(gao)壓(ya)交(jiao)/直流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)(mo)擬系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、各種(zhong)負荷模(mo)(mo)型和(he)(he)可控(kong)串補、可控(kong)高(gao)抗(kang)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子式互感器等新型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力設(she)備和(he)(he)元(yuan)件以(yi)及(ji)(ji)(ji)全數(shu)(shu)字實時仿(fang)真(zhen)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、能(neng)量(liang)管理(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、廣域(yu)量(liang)測系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力市場仿(fang)真(zhen)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)等應(ying)用系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。實驗(yan)室建設(she)過程中(zhong)承擔了國(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)973計劃、科技支撐計劃、國(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)發(fa)改委、國(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)自然(ran)科學基金和(he)(he)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)重大科研(yan)項(xiang)目75項(xiang),已取得(de)專利(li)、著作(zuo)權及(ji)(ji)(ji)申請發(fa)明專利(li)共36項(xiang),培養博(bo)士7名、碩士17名。研(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)果(guo)在行(xing)業關鍵(jian)技術創(chuang)新和(he)(he)推(tui)廣應(ying)用方面發(fa)揮了輻(fu)射(she)和(he)(he)帶動(dong)作(zuo)用,為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)規劃、建設(she)和(he)(he)運(yun)行(xing)提供了強有力的(de)(de)(de)技術保障,在抗(kang)災(zai)保電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、奧運(yun)保電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)等工作(zuo)中(zhong)發(fa)揮了重要作(zuo)用。
