國家電網建成電力系統仿真國家工程實驗室

  近日,由國家電網公司所屬中國電力科學研究院建設的電力系統仿真國家工程實驗室通過國家發改委組織的驗收,標志著我國在大規模電力系統仿真領域實現重大關鍵技術突破。該實驗室針對我國特高壓電網和大型交直流混合電網建設運行的安全需要,開展了一系列基礎、應用研究及重大關鍵技術研發,實現了對大型復雜電力系統進行全方位仿真,在仿真規模、仿真能力和綜合研究水平等方面居于國際領先地位,全面促進了我國具有自主知識產權及世界領先水平的電網規劃、運行仿真核心技術體系的形成,將為全面掌握大型復雜電網運行和控制機理,實現電網事故預演和大電網動態安全預警,保障我國電力系統安全經濟運行發揮關鍵作用。

  電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)仿真(zhen)(zhen)是指通過建(jian)立數(shu)學模型和(he)(he)參(can)數(shu),分析電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)各(ge)元(yuan)素(su)性質及(ji)相互(hu)關系(xi)(xi)(xi),并據此進行(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)和(he)(he)定量(liang)分析,獲得電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)規劃(hua)、設(she)(she)(she)計、運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)所需(xu)的(de)各(ge)種參(can)考數(shu)據。近年來,隨(sui)著我(wo)國(guo)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)快速發(fa)(fa)(fa)展,保障大(da)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)安全(quan)穩定運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)的(de)任(ren)務十分艱巨。該(gai)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)全(quan)數(shu)字(zi)仿真(zhen)(zhen)、動態(tai)物(wu)理(li)模擬(ni)、數(shu)模混合(he)仿真(zhen)(zhen)、運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)和(he)(he)安全(quan)監控等試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)研(yan)(yan)究平臺,擁有4套(tao)±500千伏雙極長距離直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、2套(tao)±800千伏雙極長距離直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、1套(tao)柔性直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、1套(tao)涵蓋特(te)高壓(ya)(ya)等多種電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等級交(jiao)流(liu)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)物(wu)理(li)仿真(zhen)(zhen)裝置(zhi)及(ji)全(quan)數(shu)字(zi)仿真(zhen)(zhen)裝置(zhi),配有14臺發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)組、特(te)高壓(ya)(ya)交(jiao)/直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)模擬(ni)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、各(ge)種負荷模型和(he)(he)可控串(chuan)補、可控高抗、電(dian)(dian)子(zi)式互(hu)感(gan)器等新型電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)設(she)(she)(she)備和(he)(he)元(yuan)件以及(ji)全(quan)數(shu)字(zi)實(shi)(shi)時(shi)仿真(zhen)(zhen)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、能量(liang)管(guan)理(li)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、廣域量(liang)測(ce)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)市場仿真(zhen)(zhen)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)等應(ying)(ying)用系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)過程中(zhong)承擔了(le)國(guo)家(jia)973計劃(hua)、科(ke)技支撐計劃(hua)、國(guo)家(jia)發(fa)(fa)(fa)改委(wei)、國(guo)家(jia)自然科(ke)學基(ji)金和(he)(he)國(guo)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)公司(si)重大(da)科(ke)研(yan)(yan)項目75項,已取得專(zhuan)利(li)、著作(zuo)權及(ji)申請(qing)發(fa)(fa)(fa)明專(zhuan)利(li)共36項,培養博士(shi)7名、碩士(shi)17名。研(yan)(yan)究成(cheng)(cheng)果在行(xing)業關鍵技術創新和(he)(he)推廣應(ying)(ying)用方面發(fa)(fa)(fa)揮了(le)輻射和(he)(he)帶動作(zuo)用,為電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)規劃(hua)、建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)和(he)(he)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)提供了(le)強有力(li)(li)(li)的(de)技術保障,在抗災保電(dian)(dian)、奧運(yun)(yun)(yun)保電(dian)(dian)等工作(zuo)中(zhong)發(fa)(fa)(fa)揮了(le)重要作(zuo)用。
