日前,新興際華集團際華3502公司組織研發的“職業裝裁剪過程優化與仿真系統開發與研究”成果整體技術達到國內領先水平,榮獲2010年中國服裝高新技術成果交流推廣大會應用獎,并在石家莊科學技術獎勵中榜上有名。
該成果是際華3502公司和天津工業大學合作進行的產學研項目,2009年被列為石家莊市科學研究與發展計劃課題。2010年6月所有研究內容全部完成,并在日常生產中實際應用;7月進行了項目驗收及成果鑒定,整體技術達到同類研究國內領先水平。
該(gai)成果解決了傳統(tong)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)剪(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)量大(da)(da)、效(xiao)率低(di)、不精確、材料浪費大(da)(da)、資料無法存檔等問題,提(ti)(ti)高(gao)CAM的使用效(xiao)率。項(xiang)目(mu)包括“裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)剪(jian)分(fen)(fen)床(chuang)方(fang)案(an)(an)優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)”和“裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)剪(jian)路(lu)徑優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)仿真(zhen)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)”兩個(ge)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)。“裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)剪(jian)分(fen)(fen)床(chuang)方(fang)案(an)(an)優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)”在(zai)面料利(li)(li)用率、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時、材料供應等約(yue)(yue)束條件下,利(li)(li)用計(ji)(ji)算(suan)機平臺,根據(ju)生產計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)制定(ding)裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)剪(jian)分(fen)(fen)床(chuang)方(fang)案(an)(an)并進行優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)組合(he),將優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)剪(jian)方(fang)案(an)(an),傳遞(di)給(gei)CAM操作(zuo)人員或(huo)裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)剪(jian)組織者,提(ti)(ti)高(gao)裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)剪(jian)分(fen)(fen)床(chuang)的計(ji)(ji)算(suan)速度和準確率。“裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)剪(jian)路(lu)徑優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)仿真(zhen)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)”在(zai)正式裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)剪(jian)之前,可以(yi)對排圖進行動態裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)割仿真(zhen),對排料圖中(zhong)可能出(chu)現的質(zhi)量問題,如裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)片尺碼統(tong)一、特殊部(bu)位(wei)加放數值準確度、樣片是否重(zhong)疊、起裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)點是否合(he)理等問題預(yu)先識別(bie),提(ti)(ti)前發現排料中(zhong)的錯誤,及(ji)時修正排版。還可以(yi)根據(ju)排料圖計(ji)(ji)算(suan)CAM落刀位(wei)置,優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)剪(jian)路(lu)徑,減少(shao)電腦裁(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)床(chuang)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)的空行程(cheng),提(ti)(ti)高(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)效(xiao)率,降低(di)設備(bei)磨損,節約(yue)(yue)材料、人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)成本。
