近日,中國兵器工業集團北奔集團公司成功獨立自主設計研發70噸寬體車橋。該車橋具有完全自主知識產權,所使用技術在行業內處于領先地位,特別是突破了五個行星輪結構,采用六個行星輪結構,屬國內寬體車橋首次應用。其中“礦用橋殼”專利已受理,“采用6個行星輪的礦用輪邊減速器總成”正在申報專利。其成功研制,不僅在高可靠性方面填補了超重型礦用車橋的空白,也為國內同類車橋做出了榜樣。目前,該車橋以“零故障”順利完成了跑車試驗,各項指標完全符合設計要求,已具備批量生產條件。
北奔集團在設計與制(zhi)造(zao)中(zhong)(zhong),前橋(qiao)梁采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鑄鋼(gang)結構,韌性(xing)好(hao),抗(kang)沖擊能(neng)力強(qiang)。中(zhong)(zhong)后(hou)橋(qiao)的橋(qiao)殼、主減(jian)速器殼、齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)殼等殼體零件均(jun)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)球(qiu)墨鑄鐵材料鑄造(zao)而(er)成,與國內(nei)普遍(bian)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的鑄鋼(gang)或鋼(gang)板沖焊橋(qiao)殼相(xiang)比(bi),其強(qiang)度高、剛性(xing)好(hao),重(zhong)(zhong)載不易變形,能(neng)夠(gou)保(bao)證重(zhong)(zhong)載工況下齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)、軸承(cheng)等傳動件的配合精度,并大幅度延長(chang)了使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命。中(zhong)(zhong)后(hou)橋(qiao)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)邊成功突破五個行(xing)星輪(lun)(lun)(lun)結構,采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)六個行(xing)星輪(lun)(lun)(lun)結構,該(gai)結構具有體積小(xiao),承(cheng)載大,齒(chi)圈及行(xing)星輪(lun)(lun)(lun)內(nei)部受力均(jun)勻(yun)等特點,使(shi)(shi)得整橋(qiao)性(xing)能(neng)大幅度提高。該(gai)車橋(qiao)與同類(lei)產(chan)品(pin)相(xiang)比(bi),抗(kang)超(chao)(chao)載能(neng)力強(qiang),輸出扭矩大,制(zhi)動性(xing)能(neng)更優,更適用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于礦區嚴(yan)重(zhong)(zhong)超(chao)(chao)載的工況。
