2009年11月20日,由中國電子科技集團公司第41研究所青島興儀電子設備有限責任公司、蚌埠中城創業投資有限公司、天津市華彩電子科技工程有限公司和蚌埠春雨土木工程設計有限公司共同出資創建的安徽中邦太陽能工程科技有限公司在蚌埠舉行開業典禮儀式。作為該公司的董事長,中國電科第41研究所李立功所長出席了典禮儀式并發表致辭。
