7月2日,由中國水(shui)電(dian)(dian)集(ji)團水(shui)電(dian)(dian)八局(ju)承建的(de)溪洛渡(du)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站圍堰擋水(shui)工程(cheng),順利通過(guo)專家驗收組(zu)驗收。
中國三峽總公司組(zu)織并(bing)邀請(qing)中國水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利規(gui)劃設(she)計(ji)總院、四(si)川(chuan)省(sheng)防(fang)(fang)(fang)汛抗(kang)旱指(zhi)揮(hui)部(bu)辦(ban)公室、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利部(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)建設(she)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)與安全(quan)監(jian)(jian)督(du)總站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、長江(jiang)勘測規(gui)劃設(she)計(ji)研究院等(deng)單(dan)(dan)位共17名(ming)專家(jia)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)組(zu),于2008年6月(yue)30日(ri)~7月(yue)2日(ri),在溪洛(luo)(luo)渡(du)工地對金(jin)沙(sha)(sha)江(jiang)溪洛(luo)(luo)渡(du)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)進行(xing)圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擋(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)。驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)組(zu)查勘了(le)(le)現(xian)場(chang);聽取了(le)(le)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)建設(she)部(bu)、設(she)計(ji)、施(shi)工、監(jian)(jian)理和安全(quan)監(jian)(jian)測等(deng)參建單(dan)(dan)位的(de)匯報和水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利部(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)建設(she)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)與安全(quan)監(jian)(jian)督(du)總站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)關于金(jin)沙(sha)(sha)江(jiang)溪洛(luo)(luo)渡(du)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擋(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)施(shi)工質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)監(jian)(jian)督(du)的(de)報告(gao);查閱了(le)(le)有(you)關文件和資(zi)料(liao)。對圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)象面貌、工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)等(deng)方(fang)面進行(xing)了(le)(le)審議。驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)組(zu)專家(jia)認為(wei)(wei)(wei),上(shang)、下游圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)所用原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)、施(shi)工質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)、建筑物形(xing)體尺寸均滿足(zu)設(she)計(ji)要求。分部(bu)分項共772個單(dan)(dan)元(yuan),全(quan)部(bu)合格(ge),合格(ge)率為(wei)(wei)(wei)100%;優(you)良單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)722個,優(you)良率為(wei)(wei)(wei)93.52%。圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)監(jian)(jian)測成(cheng)(cheng)果表(biao)明:上(shang)、下游圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)滲(shen)(shen)流、滲(shen)(shen)壓正常,防(fang)(fang)(fang)滲(shen)(shen)墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)總體處(chu)于壓應力狀態,防(fang)(fang)(fang)滲(shen)(shen)效果良好,圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)運行(xing)正常。驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)組(zu)鑒定書:金(jin)沙(sha)(sha)江(jiang)溪洛(luo)(luo)渡(du)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擋(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)組(zu)同意通過圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擋(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)。 溪洛(luo)(luo)渡(du)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)擋(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)上(shang)、下游土(tu)石(shi)圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)采用五十(shi)年一遇洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標準設(she)計(ji)。上(shang)游圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)頂(ding)高程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)436.0m,最(zui)(zui)大(da)堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)高78.0m。圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)防(fang)(fang)(fang)滲(shen)(shen)采用塑性混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)防(fang)(fang)(fang)滲(shen)(shen)墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)上(shang)接(jie)碎石(shi)土(tu)斜心墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)下接(jie)防(fang)(fang)(fang)滲(shen)(shen)帷幕的(de)方(fang)案,混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)防(fang)(fang)(fang)滲(shen)(shen)墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)最(zui)(zui)大(da)深(shen)度55.1m。下游圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)頂(ding)高程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)407.0m,最(zui)(zui)大(da)堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)高52.0m。圍堰(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)防(fang)(fang)(fang)滲(shen)(shen)采用塑性混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)防(fang)(fang)(fang)滲(shen)(shen)墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)上(shang)接(jie)土(tu)工膜下接(jie)防(fang)(fang)(fang)滲(shen)(shen)帷幕的(de)方(fang)案,混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)防(fang)(fang)(fang)滲(shen)(shen)墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)最(zui)(zui)大(da)深(shen)度52.0m。
