日前,三(san)門(men)(men)核(he)電(dian)有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)舉行了(le)集體合(he)同(tong)簽(qian)字(zi)(zi)儀式,公(gong)(gong)司(si)總經理顧軍與工(gong)會主席蘇鳳國分別代(dai)(dai)(dai)表(biao)公(gong)(gong)司(si)方(fang)(fang)和職工(gong)方(fang)(fang)在(zai)《三(san)門(men)(men)核(he)電(dian)有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)集體合(he)同(tong)》上簽(qian)字(zi)(zi)。公(gong)(gong)司(si)方(fang)(fang)代(dai)(dai)(dai)表(biao)和職工(gong)方(fang)(fang)代(dai)(dai)(dai)表(biao)共13人出(chu)席并見(jian)證了(le)簽(qian)字(zi)(zi)儀式。這是三(san)門(men)(men)核(he)電(dian)有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)成(cheng)立以來首(shou)次簽(qian)訂集體合(he)同(tong)。
《三門核電有(you)限公司集(ji)體合(he)同》是依據《勞動法(fa)》、《勞動合(he)同法(fa)》、《工(gong)會(hui)法(fa)》等有(you)關的(de)法(fa)律法(fa)規及規定,遵循(xun)依法(fa)、平等、協(xie)商一(yi)致的(de)原則,按照權利(li)與(yu)義務相結合(he)原則,兼顧(gu)各方利(li)益原則,維護正常的(de)生(sheng)產建設、工(gong)作秩序原則,按協(xie)商程(cheng)序對勞動合(he)同、勞動報(bao)酬、工(gong)作時間(jian)與(yu)休息休假、社會(hui)保(bao)險(xian)與(yu)生(sheng)活福利(li)、勞動安(an)全衛生(sheng)與(yu)勞動保(bao)護、教育培訓(xun)、女職工(gong)特殊保(bao)護等各項(xiang)條(tiao)款進行充分的(de)討(tao)論后制定的(de)。
三(san)門(men)核(he)電(dian)有限公(gong)司(si)(si)集(ji)體(ti)(ti)合(he)同(tong)(tong)的(de)簽訂是(shi)公(gong)司(si)(si)行(xing)政依法(fa)治企(qi)(qi)、公(gong)司(si)(si)工(gong)(gong)會依法(fa)維權的(de)制度(du)保(bao)證(zheng);是(shi)建立(li)現代(dai)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)制度(du)所采(cai)取(qu)的(de)又一個重(zhong)要的(de)舉措(cuo)。通(tong)過(guo)簽訂集(ji)體(ti)(ti)合(he)同(tong)(tong)把(ba)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)和職工(gong)(gong)各自的(de)義(yi)務用(yong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)形式確定(ding)下(xia)來,在(zai)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)與員工(gong)(gong)之間(jian)建立(li)起(qi)了規范有序、公(gong)正合(he)理(li)、互利(li)共(gong)贏、和諧穩定(ding)的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)關系,對保(bao)障職工(gong)(gong)的(de)合(he)法(fa)權益(yi),更好(hao)地(di)調動(dong)職工(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)積(ji)極性,共(gong)謀企(qi)(qi)業(ye)的(de)發展,增(zeng)強企(qi)(qi)業(ye)活力具有重(zhong)要意(yi)義(yi)。
