充(chong)分發(fa)揮(hui)了(le)大(da)范(fan)圍長距離資源優化配置(zhi)的作用,有(you)力(li)促進了(le)北(bei)方(fang)火電(dian)(dian)和南方(fang)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)資源的合(he)理利用,這是1000千伏特(te)高壓(ya)交流試驗(yan)示范(fan)工程自1月6日(ri)正式(shi)投入商(shang)業運行以(yi)來展現(xian)(xian)的聯網(wang)效益。截至(zhi)6月30日(ri),該工程已累計輸送南水(shui)北(bei)火互濟電(dian)(dian)量43.2億(yi)千瓦(wa)時(shi),使(shi)華北(bei)、華中電(dian)(dian)網(wang)形成較為堅強的聯系,特(te)高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)水(shui)火互濟資源配置(zhi)優勢初(chu)步顯現(xian)(xian)。
半年來,特(te)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)交流(liu)試驗示范工程經受(shou)了2月份(fen)暴風(feng)雪(xue)和3~6月多次大風(feng)雷雨等惡劣(lie)氣象(xiang)條件的考驗,始(shi)終保(bao)持平穩(wen)運行(xing)。枯水期間(jian),特(te)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)網以低于湖(hu)北(bei)省新建(jian)火電(dian)(dian)機組平均上網電(dian)(dian)價0.04117元/千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)時的價格,累計(ji)從山(shan)西(xi)省向(xiang)華中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)網送(song)電(dian)(dian)33.14億千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)時,日(ri)最(zui)大電(dian)(dian)力(li)199.48萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa);南(nan)方汛(xun)期,特(te)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)網改從華中(zhong)地(di)區向(xiang)華北(bei)地(di)區輸送(song)清潔水電(dian)(dian),截至6月30日(ri),累計(ji)輸送(song)電(dian)(dian)能10.06億千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)時,日(ri)最(zui)大電(dian)(dian)力(li)183.00萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)。
半(ban)年來,特(te)高壓電網在互為備用、錯峰調(diao)峰、水火互濟(ji)、減少棄水量、優化(hua)能源(yuan)資源(yuan)配置、提(ti)高電能經濟(ji)社(she)(she)會(hui)效(xiao)益(yi)(yi)(yi)、優化(hua)終(zhong)端能源(yuan)消費結構等(deng)方面,取得了(le)顯著社(she)(she)會(hui)效(xiao)益(yi)(yi)(yi)和經濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi)(yi)(yi)。
來(lai)自山西省(sheng)電(dian)力公(gong)司的(de)測(ce)算(suan)表(biao)明,特高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)電(dian)緩解(jie)了(le)公(gong)路(lu)、鐵(tie)路(lu)輸(shu)煤(mei)壓(ya)力。按山西省(sheng)調電(dian)廠上半年平(ping)均供(gong)電(dian)煤(mei)耗355克(ke)/千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi)折算(suan),33.14億千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi)的(de)“北電(dian)南送”電(dian)量(liang),需(xu)就(jiu)地轉化(hua)原(yuan)煤(mei)176.47萬噸(dun),相當于減少(shao)輸(shu)送原(yuan)煤(mei)車皮(pi)2.94萬個(ge),且有效(xiao)減輕了(le)環境污染(ran)。受國際(ji)金融危機(ji)影(ying)響,山西省(sheng)1~5月份全社會用(yong)電(dian)量(liang)同比下(xia)降13.95%,但同期(qi)發(fa)電(dian)量(liang)同比僅下(xia)降5.63%,特高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)電(dian)促進了(le)山西富(fu)(fu)余電(dian)量(liang)的(de)消納,有效(xiao)提高(gao)(gao)(gao)了(le)火(huo)電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)利用(yong)小時(shi)數。特高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)“南電(dian)北送”的(de)10.06億千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi)電(dian)量(liang),相當于節(jie)約標(biao)準煤(mei)35.72萬噸(dun),減排(pai)(pai)二氧化(hua)碳(tan)20萬噸(dun),相當于煤(mei)炭(tan)脫硫后減排(pai)(pai)二氧化(hua)硫286噸(dun),整個(ge)汛期(qi)預計可節(jie)約標(biao)準煤(mei)近百萬噸(dun),同時(shi)使(shi)華中富(fu)(fu)余清潔水電(dian)在更(geng)大范圍內得到及時(shi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)效(xiao)的(de)配置。
特高壓電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)能(neng)取得巨(ju)大的聯網(wang)(wang)(wang)效(xiao)益,原(yuan)因在于(yu)我國(guo)(guo)(guo)地(di)域(yu)遼闊,不(bu)同(tong)地(di)區負荷特性、電(dian)(dian)源結構差異較大。國(guo)(guo)(guo)家電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)北(bei)京(jing)經濟技術研究院專(zhuan)家說,到2020年,隨著(zhu)特高壓電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)不(bu)斷發展,可以有效(xiao)減(jian)少備用容(rong)量,從(cong)而至少減(jian)少裝機容(rong)量2000萬(wan)千瓦,節約電(dian)(dian)源建(jian)設投資(zi)約800億(yi)元;由于(yu)地(di)區煤(mei)價差異,全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)聯網(wang)(wang)(wang)方式與區域(yu)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)單(dan)獨運行相(xiang)比,燃(ran)煤(mei)成本(ben)也可大大降低。
目前,特(te)高壓(ya)工(gong)程正為滿足今夏華(hua)(hua)北、華(hua)(hua)中(zhong)地區(qu)用電需求作(zuo)出貢(gong)獻。6月,電網全面進入夏季大負荷時期,華(hua)(hua)北、華(hua)(hua)中(zhong)電網及(ji)其轄內(nei)9個省(sheng)級電網最大負荷均創新高。國家電網公司將密切跟蹤電力需求趨勢變化(hua)(hua),提高負荷預測(ce)的科(ke)學性(xing)和準確性(xing),不斷優化(hua)(hua)電網運行方式(shi),充分發揮特(te)高壓(ya)工(gong)程在跨(kua)區(qu)電力交易(yi)中(zhong)的重要作(zuo)用。
