一(yi)年(nian)(nian)來,面對金融危機(ji)帶來的(de)(de)嚴峻形勢和挑(tiao)戰,中國兵器工(gong)(gong)業(ye)集團內蒙古一(yi)機(ji)公司(si)深入貫徹兵器工(gong)(gong)業(ye)集團年(nian)(nian)度(du)工(gong)(gong)作會議精神,通過扎實(shi)(shi)(shi)開展(zhan)學習(xi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)科學發展(zhan)觀活動,圍繞在(zai)應對挑(tiao)戰實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)穩(wen)健(jian)發展(zhan)上見實(shi)(shi)(shi)效、在(zai)破(po)解難題實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)可(ke)持續發展(zhan)上見實(shi)(shi)(shi)效的(de)(de)要求,積極搶抓形勢和市場(chang)變化、行業(ye)格(ge)局調整中可(ke)能出(chu)現(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)各種機(ji)遇,努力(li)拼市場(chang)保份額保增長,在(zai)復(fu)雜的(de)(de)形勢下實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)了持續協調穩(wen)健(jian)發展(zhan)。
整體經營再(zai)創(chuang)新高。全(quan)年該公(gong)(gong)司(si)實現(xian)主(zhu)營業務收(shou)入140億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)25.3%,實現(xian)利潤(run)1億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)64%,預計(ji)增(zeng)(zeng)速分(fen)別(bie)高于中(zhong)央(yang)企業21和(he)57個百分(fen)點。實現(xian)增(zeng)(zeng)加值18.3億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)17%。實現(xian)全(quan)員勞動(dong)生產率8.1萬元(yuan)/人·年,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)27%。公(gong)(gong)司(si)行(xing)業地位(wei)(wei)穩步提升(sheng),在中(zhong)國機(ji)械(xie)500強排名由上(shang)年的55位(wei)(wei)提高到52位(wei)(wei)。
主(zhu)導(dao)產(chan)業(ye)市場(chang)份(fen)額(e)穩中(zhong)有升(sheng)(sheng)。北(bei)奔重(zhong)汽緊盯國(guo)家拉動內需一攬子計劃帶來的需求變(bian)化,主(zhu)動出擊,全(quan)力應對,實(shi)現產(chan)銷28018輛、同比增(zeng)長(chang)12%,收入71億元(yuan)、同比增(zeng)長(chang)11%,在行(xing)業(ye)格局(ju)激烈變(bian)化中(zhong)市場(chang)份(fen)額(e)由4.6%上升(sheng)(sheng)到4.8%。鐵(tie)路車輛全(quan)力爭取國(guo)鐵(tie)車訂(ding)貨(huo),努(nu)力拓展自備車市場(chang),全(quan)年產(chan)銷3111輛、收入15.7億元(yuan),市場(chang)份(fen)額(e)由6.8%上升(sheng)(sheng)至(zhi)7.11%,行(xing)業(ye)地位進一步鞏固(gu)提升(sheng)(sheng)。在主(zhu)導(dao)產(chan)業(ye)增(zeng)長(chang)的拉動下,車輛零部(bu)件專業(ye)化業(ye)務實(shi)現主(zhu)營業(ye)務收入24.6億元(yuan),同比增(zeng)長(chang)6.5%。
運(yun)營質(zhi)量(liang)顯著(zhu)改(gai)善(shan)。通過強化(hua)預(yu)算(suan)、擔保(bao)、風險預(yu)警(jing)和(he)深入推進“3102”長效機制(zhi),在收入大(da)幅(fu)增長下,不斷優化(hua)資金和(he)負(fu)債結構,確保(bao)了現(xian)金流收支平衡(heng),減少財務費用(yong)3980萬元(yuan)。突出(chu)原材料、能(neng)源費用(yong)、工(gong)藝(yi)創(chuang)新(xin)、質(zhi)量(liang)降損、降低人(ren)工(gong)成(cheng)本和(he)壓縮(suo)非生產(chan)性開支,共節約資金8651萬元(yuan)。人(ren)員總量(liang)減至22731人(ren),壓縮(suo)2766人(ren),提前一年完成(cheng)“十(shi)一五(wu)”末(mo)23000人(ren)的(de)人(ren)員控制(zhi)指標,有力(li)促進了企(qi)業獲利水平和(he)運(yun)行質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)改(gai)善(shan)。
