針(zhen)對央視(shi)關(guan)于“聯通(tong)(tong)智(zhi)能手(shou)機流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)超標不(bu)提醒(xing)”的(de)(de)報(bao)道(dao),中(zhong)國(guo)聯通(tong)(tong)在5月7日通(tong)(tong)過官方微博(bo)做出了(le)(le)回應(ying),稱已經向手(shou)機用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)和無線(xian)上網(wang)卡用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)推(tui)(tui)出了(le)(le)12種流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)短(duan)(duan)信提醒(xing)服務(wu)。據(ju)央視(shi)報(bao)道(dao),有多(duo)位聯通(tong)(tong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)遇(yu)到了(le)(le)因手(shou)機數據(ju)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)超標時沒有收到提醒(xing)從而(er)造成流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)費激增的(de)(de)問題(ti)。對此,中(zhong)國(guo)聯通(tong)(tong)表示,之(zhi)前已推(tui)(tui)出了(le)(le)12種流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)短(duan)(duan)信提醒(xing)服務(wu),并(bing)提醒(xing)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)在使用(yong)(yong)(yong)數據(ju)業務(wu)時,關(guan)注聯通(tong)(tong)發送的(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)情況短(duan)(duan)信通(tong)(tong)知并(bing)培養流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)查(cha)詢習慣。中(zhong)國(guo)聯通(tong)(tong)表示,手(shou)機流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)原(yuan)因主要包括三種情況:用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)正常(chang)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)瀏(liu)覽網(wang)頁(ye)、收發郵件(jian)、查(cha)看微博(bo)等(deng)數據(ju)業務(wu)時會產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang);智(zhi)能手(shou)機的(de)(de)操作(zuo)系統或應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)程(cheng)序自動(dong)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)網(wang)絡連(lian)接、信息推(tui)(tui)送等(deng)會產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang);用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)自己(ji)安裝的(de)(de)第三方應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)軟件(jian)下載(zai)或更新也會產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)數據(ju)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。
