針對央(yang)視關(guan)于“聯通(tong)(tong)智能手機(ji)流量(liang)超標(biao)不提(ti)(ti)醒”的(de)(de)報道(dao),中國(guo)聯通(tong)(tong)在5月(yue)7日通(tong)(tong)過官方(fang)微博做出了(le)回應(ying)(ying),稱已經向(xiang)手機(ji)用(yong)(yong)戶和無線上網(wang)卡用(yong)(yong)戶推出了(le)12種流量(liang)短信(xin)提(ti)(ti)醒服務。據(ju)央(yang)視報道(dao),有多位聯通(tong)(tong)用(yong)(yong)戶遇到(dao)了(le)因手機(ji)數(shu)據(ju)流量(liang)使用(yong)(yong)超標(biao)時(shi)(shi)沒有收到(dao)提(ti)(ti)醒從而造成(cheng)流量(liang)費激增(zeng)的(de)(de)問(wen)題。對此,中國(guo)聯通(tong)(tong)表(biao)示,之前(qian)已推出了(le)12種流量(liang)短信(xin)提(ti)(ti)醒服務,并提(ti)(ti)醒用(yong)(yong)戶在使用(yong)(yong)數(shu)據(ju)業(ye)務時(shi)(shi),關(guan)注聯通(tong)(tong)發送的(de)(de)流量(liang)使用(yong)(yong)情況(kuang)短信(xin)通(tong)(tong)知并培(pei)養流量(liang)查詢習慣(guan)。中國(guo)聯通(tong)(tong)表(biao)示,手機(ji)流量(liang)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)原因主要(yao)包(bao)括三(san)種情況(kuang):用(yong)(yong)戶正(zheng)常使用(yong)(yong)瀏覽(lan)網(wang)頁、收發郵件(jian)、查看微博等數(shu)據(ju)業(ye)務時(shi)(shi)會(hui)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)流量(liang);智能手機(ji)的(de)(de)操作系統或(huo)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)程序自(zi)(zi)動(dong)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)網(wang)絡連接、信(xin)息推送等會(hui)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)流量(liang);用(yong)(yong)戶自(zi)(zi)己(ji)安(an)裝的(de)(de)第三(san)方(fang)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)軟件(jian)下載或(huo)更新也會(hui)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)數(shu)據(ju)流量(liang)。
