為提升托收用戶賬單服務,中國電信江蘇常州分公司在江蘇省首推電子化托收賬單。目前,全區2.8萬多個托收客戶每月都能在登記的郵箱中收到電子化客戶賬單,既加快了賬單投遞速度,又有效降低企業成本,推進了集約化運營。
經過(guo)前(qian)期詳細用(yong)戶(hu)調研發(fa)現,托收用(yong)戶(hu)在(zai)接收紙(zhi)質賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)單(dan)(dan)(dan)中(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)免(mian)會遇到(dao)賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)單(dan)(dan)(dan)寄送(song)時間長,以及賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)單(dan)(dan)(dan)信(xin)件丟(diu)失等情況(kuang)。為(wei)此(ci),該公司業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)支(zhi)撐中(zhong)(zhong)心研究實(shi)施托收用(yong)戶(hu)電子(zi)化服務(wu)(wu),通過(guo)各渠道客戶(hu)經理(li)與全(quan)區各托收單(dan)(dan)(dan)位進(jin)行新服務(wu)(wu)推介,在(zai)BSS系(xi)統中(zhong)(zhong)錄入各單(dan)(dan)(dan)位接收賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)單(dan)(dan)(dan)的(de)郵(you)箱名,要求以189郵(you)箱為(wei)主(zhu),實(shi)現電子(zi)化賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)單(dan)(dan)(dan)服務(wu)(wu)的(de)前(qian)臺受理(li)。每(mei)(mei)月,業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)支(zhi)撐中(zhong)(zhong)心在(zai)出賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)完(wan)畢后,形成托收用(yong)戶(hu)賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)單(dan)(dan)(dan),再通過(guo)增(zeng)值業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)相關(guan)部門傳(chuan)送(song)至公信(xin)平臺進(jin)行電子(zi)賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)單(dan)(dan)(dan)寄送(song)。新服務(wu)(wu)功能的(de)實(shi)現,大大提升了賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)單(dan)(dan)(dan)郵(you)寄速度,同時每(mei)(mei)月可節約紙(zhi)質清單(dan)(dan)(dan)打印(yin)成本(ben)萬余(yu)元,而且(qie)進(jin)一步統一了集(ji)團客戶(hu)賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)單(dan)(dan)(dan)格式,提升了電信(xin)的(de)服務(wu)(wu)水平。
