4月24日,江蘇(su)省(sheng)電(dian)(dian)力公司電(dian)(dian)力科(ke)學研究(jiu)院應用“沿海(hai)大規模風電(dian)(dian)并(bing)網(wang)檢測(ce)(ce)與(yu)安(an)全運行(xing)關鍵技(ji)術及應用”科(ke)技(ji)項目研究(jiu)成果,順(shun)利完成了國(guo)華(hua)射陽(農牧公司)4.95萬千(qian)瓦低風速風電(dian)(dian)場動態無(wu)功補償(chang)裝置的性能檢測(ce)(ce)和調(diao)試。國(guo)網(wang)江蘇(su)電(dian)(dian)力深化(hua)沿海(hai)大規模風電(dian)(dian)并(bing)網(wang)檢測(ce)(ce)與(yu)安(an)全運行(xing)關鍵技(ji)術及應用,提升了沿海(hai)風電(dian)(dian)場無(wu)功控制(zhi)能力,有(you)效保(bao)障了風電(dian)(dian)場并(bing)網(wang)安(an)全。
根據國家風(feng)電(dian)(dian)“十二(er)五”發(fa)展規(gui)(gui)劃(hua),到(dao)2015年,江(jiang)蘇(su)沿(yan)海風(feng)電(dian)(dian)裝機容量將達到(dao)600萬(wan)千(qian)瓦;東部沿(yan)海地(di)區(qu)也將規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)建設(she)千(qian)萬(wan)千(qian)瓦級風(feng)電(dian)(dian)基地(di),未(wei)來將形成海上風(feng)電(dian)(dian)“三峽(xia)”。面對沿(yan)海大規(gui)(gui)模風(feng)電(dian)(dian)安全(quan)并網技(ji)術需求,國網江(jiang)蘇(su)電(dian)(dian)力、中國電(dian)(dian)力科學研究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)、國網智能(neng)電(dian)(dian)網研究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)聯合開展了(le)“沿(yan)海大規(gui)(gui)模風(feng)電(dian)(dian)并網檢(jian)測與安全(quan)運(yun)行關(guan)鍵技(ji)術及應用”相關(guan)研究(jiu)(jiu)和攻關(guan)。
自2011年開始,該項目研究成果(guo)陸續在江(jiang)蘇(su)沿海(hai)13家(jia)海(hai)上風(feng)(feng)電場、機組(zu)制(zhi)(zhi)造廠家(jia)、公司系統多個單(dan)位(wei)應用(yong)。國網(wang)江(jiang)蘇(su)電力(li)(li)發現并整改56.4萬千瓦不具備低壓(ya)穿越能力(li)(li)的風(feng)(feng)電機組(zu),有效保障了(le)(le)風(feng)(feng)電場并網(wang)安全;完成了(le)(le)總(zong)容(rong)量14萬千乏(fa)固定式靜止無(wu)功(gong)發生器性能檢測與(yu)調試,提升了(le)(le)沿海(hai)風(feng)(feng)電場無(wu)功(gong)控制(zhi)(zhi)能力(li)(li)。
該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)研制(zhi)了(le)擁有(you)35千伏、0.8萬千瓦容量(liang),能夠(gou)兼顧海上(shang)和陸上(shang)風(feng)機測(ce)(ce)試(shi)、適(shi)應(ying)沿海鹽堿高濕(shi)氣象環(huan)境的移(yi)動式低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穿(chuan)越檢測(ce)(ce)裝(zhuang)置。有(you)了(le)該(gai)裝(zhuang)置,就可以(yi)很方便地檢測(ce)(ce)出風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機組是否具備(bei)低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穿(chuan)越能力(li)。據介(jie)紹,當(dang)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降低(di)到一定值(zhi)時,如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)出現短時故障(zhang),只有(you)具備(bei)了(le)低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穿(chuan)越能力(li)的風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機組才可實(shi)現不(bu)脫離(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)而繼續維(wei)持運行,甚(shen)至(zhi)還(huan)可為系統(tong)提供一定無功補償(chang)以(yi)幫助系統(tong)恢復電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),從而避免了(le)大(da)規模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機組脫網(wang)(wang)現象。同時,該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)在國內(nei)外首創了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗參數自適(shi)應(ying)匹配的風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機組低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穿(chuan)越能力(li)檢測(ce)(ce)技術,攻克了(le)系統(tong)阻(zu)抗、短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗和限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗不(bu)易精(jing)確匹配的難題,實(shi)現了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)跌落精(jing)度1%之(zhi)內(nei)的精(jing)確控制(zhi)。
此外,該項(xiang)目還開(kai)發了具備分功(gong)率區段(duan)數據(ju)處理能(neng)(neng)力(li)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)在(zai)線監(jian)(jian)測終端,可實現對海量(liang)數據(ju)的(de)在(zai)線計算分析,提高了風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)的(de)在(zai)線監(jian)(jian)測水平;研究(jiu)了調峰調頻等(deng)運(yun)行策略以(yi)及千萬千瓦級(ji)沿海風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接納能(neng)(neng)力(li)評(ping)估技術,提高了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接納能(neng)(neng)力(li)。
