中鐵電氣化局溝海鐵路
電(dian)氣化(hua)改造牽引供電(dian)工(gong)程開工(gong)
7月(yue)11日,中(zhong)國鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)總公司(si)(si)所屬的中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)電(dian)(dian)氣化局承建的溝(gou)(gou)海(hai)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)氣化改造牽引(yin)供電(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)立桿儀式在溝(gou)(gou)幫(bang)子(zi)--五(wu)七(qi)區間1KM+73M處舉(ju)行(xing)。沈陽鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)局工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建設(she)指揮部、中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)電(dian)(dian)氣化局集團溝(gou)(gou)海(hai)電(dian)(dian)化工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)項目經理(li)(li)部、鄭州(zhou)中(zhong)原(yuan)監理(li)(li)公司(si)(si)溝(gou)(gou)海(hai)電(dian)(dian)化工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)監理(li)(li)站、錦(jin)州(zhou)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)分(fen)(fen)局站前工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)指揮部、錦(jin)州(zhou)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)分(fen)(fen)局機務(wu)分(fen)(fen)處等單位(wei)領導參加了立桿儀式。
溝海鐵(tie)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)氣化(hua)(hua)改造牽(qian)引(yin)供電(dian)(dian)工程全(quan)(quan)部在遼寧省(sheng)境內,西端(duan)與秦沈(shen)鐵(tie)路(lu)客(ke)運專線(xian)溝通,東端(duan)和(he)哈大線(xian)鐵(tie)路(lu)相連,是(shi)華(hua)北連通東北沿海地區(qu)的一條捷徑(jing),線(xian)路(lu)全(quan)(quan)長102.5正線(xian)公里。溝海鐵(tie)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)氣化(hua)(hua)改造牽(qian)引(yin)供電(dian)(dian)工程是(shi)中鐵(tie)電(dian)(dian)氣化(hua)(hua)局集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)中標的第一個施(shi)工總承(cheng)包項目(mu),由(you)中鐵(tie)電(dian)(dian)化(hua)(hua)局集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)、鐵(tie)道第三勘察(cha)設計(ji)院和(he)設備材料(liao)供應(ying)商組成聯合(he)體,共同(tong)完成該項目(mu)接(jie)觸網、變(bian)電(dian)(dian)及房建工程的施(shi)工圖設計(ji)、工程施(shi)工和(he)物資供應(ying)全(quan)(quan)部任務,該管(guan)理模(mo)式是(shi)鐵(tie)道部對(dui)鐵(tie)路(lu)基(ji)建管(guan)理改革的一次(ci)重(zhong)要(yao)嘗試(shi),在全(quan)(quan)路(lu)尚屬首例。
溝海電(dian)氣(qi)化鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)建(jian)成開通(tong)后,將進一步增(zeng)強我(wo)國(guo)東(dong)北鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)路(lu)網的(de)(de)機動性和靈(ling)活性,列車運行速度由原來(lai)的(de)(de)80公里/小(xiao)時提高至160公里/小(xiao)時,成為國(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)I級干(gan)線(xian),對于我(wo)國(guo)東(dong)北沿海地區的(de)(de)能源供應、環(huan)境保護、經(jing)濟發展將起到極大的(de)(de)促進作(zuo)用(yong),同時對振興東(dong)北老工業(ye)基地、加速東(dong)北沿海地區開發建(jian)設都具有重(zhong)要意義。
