中鐵(tie)一局攻克(ke)青藏線施(shi)工三(san)大難題(ti)
中國鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)工程總公(gong)司(si)所屬的中鐵(tie)(tie)一局在青藏鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)十(shi)四標段開心嶺1號(hao)特大橋(qiao)施工中,攻克了“高原凍土(tu)、高原環保、高原生理”三大難(nan)題。
開(kai)心(xin)嶺1號特大(da)橋(qiao)全長(chang)637米(mi)(mi),2臺(tai)18墩,大(da)橋(qiao)為(wei)半徑800米(mi)(mi)的(de)曲線特大(da)橋(qiao),位(wei)于海拔4780米(mi)(mi)的(de)青(qing)(qing)藏(zang)高原開(kai)心(xin)嶺凍土、熱融塘濕(shi)地段,大(da)橋(qiao)跨越被(bei)喻為(wei)“天路”的(de)青(qing)(qing)藏(zang)公路(109國道(dao))和長(chang)江源頭的(de)諾日巴根曲河,“三高”施(shi)工難(nan)題在特大(da)橋(qiao)施(shi)工中(zhong)全部(bu)顯現。
中(zhong)(zhong)鐵一局(ju)面對高原環(huan)保(bao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難題,首(shou)先(xian)制定了環(huan)保(bao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)制度,從進(jin)場便道到(dao)墩(dun)臺位置,拉設(she)綠(lv)網、三角小彩(cai)旗、立警示牌(pai),以保(bao)護(hu)上(shang)百年生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)長(chang)不(bu)(bu)到(dao)一寸(cun)高的(de)綠(lv)地和野生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)動植物。為了不(bu)(bu)破(po)壞凍土(tu),在(zai)下部(bu)基礎施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong),采用價(jia)值近千萬元的(de)德國進(jin)口先(xian)進(jin)設(she)備(bei)寶(bao)峨25型旋挖鉆及“干拔(ba)出凍土(tu)”施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,經(jing)過幾個月的(de)艱苦奮戰,全橋(qiao)77根20米左右的(de)樁基在(zai)凍土(tu)濕(shi)地地段全部(bu)澆灌成功,合格率100%。在(zai)大橋(qiao)上(shang)部(bu)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong),面對青藏高原“一日四(si)季,百步不(bu)(bu)同天”的(de)惡(e)劣環(huan)境,狂(kuang)風暴雪、強紫外線和高寒(han)缺氧是(shi)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)最大干擾。在(zai)高原承(cheng)臺、墩(dun)身(shen)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong),項目部(bu)采用了搭設(she)保(bao)溫工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)棚和滲水麻布、塑(su)料布、帆布三層圓墩(dun)臺養生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)法,確保(bao)了工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質量。為了加(jia)快施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)度,項目部(bu)增加(jia)了兩臺吊車(che)、兩臺罐車(che),加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)了兩套墩(dun)身(shen)模型,并在(zai)兩個大橋(qiao)項目隊之(zhi)間開展勞動競(jing)賽(sai),晝夜施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),確保(bao)了大橋(qiao)的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)度。
目前,中鐵一局在開心(xin)嶺1號特大橋(qiao)施工中已澆灌墩(dun)身8個(ge)、橋(qiao)臺2個(ge),預計(ji)7月底特大橋(qiao)將全部(bu)完工。
