寶鋼“十五”重大項目
我國最大寬厚板工程“中國軋機之王”投產
由中冶集團寶冶建設承建的寶鋼“十五”重大項目5米寬厚板軋機一期工程已圓滿建成,于近期進行熱負荷試車獲得成功,軋出第一塊寬厚板。這項被稱為“中國軋機之王”的我國最大的寬厚板工程的建成投產,對提升我國綜合國力和國際競爭能力,具有重要的戰略意義。
寶鋼寬厚板軋機工程建在寶鋼一煉鋼區域內,鋼水由一煉鋼3座300噸轉爐經二次精煉后供應。工程分兩期建設,一期建設一架四輥可逆精軋機,一架立輥軋機,軋制最大寬度4.8米,長25米,厚150毫米,年產140萬噸寬厚板。二期增建一架粗軋機,生產規模擴展到180萬噸,最大軋制厚度可達400毫米。產品以船用板及管線板為主,同時還生產建筑、鍋爐容器、模具等國內緊缺鋼板品種,專用板約占90%左右。這項工程的建設將改變我國5米級造船用板,大口徑、長距離、高鋼級、抗硫化氫管線用板長期依賴進口的狀況。中國造船巨頭中國船舶工業集團公司已與寶鋼簽訂戰略合作協議,借助寶鋼的5米級寬厚板軋機造船板的供板能力,擴大造船規模和造船能級,其目標是今年將躋身世界造船業前5強,2010年進入前3強,至2015年成為世界第一造船集團。
因為5米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)級(ji)寬厚(hou)(hou)板(ban)(ban)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)(zai)我(wo)國是第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)次建設(she),中(zhong)(zhong)冶(ye)(ye)集(ji)(ji)團寶冶(ye)(ye)建設(she)在(zai)(zai)(zai)這(zhe)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建設(she)中(zhong)(zhong)遇到(dao)了(le)許多困難。他們(men)加強工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)協調管理(li),通過科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)攻(gong)關、科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)創新和(he)采(cai)用一(yi)(yi)系(xi)(xi)列新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)新技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),先后攻(gong)克了(le)深(shen)坑深(shen)基礎施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)安(an)裝、機(ji)(ji)電儀設(she)備調試(shi)(shi)等一(yi)(yi)系(xi)(xi)列難關。被稱為寬厚(hou)(hou)板(ban)(ban)“血(xue)脈(mo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)全長1100米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)地(di)(di)下管廊(lang),先后從(cong)地(di)(di)下穿越6條(tiao)鐵路(lu)、3條(tiao)公(gong)路(lu)和(he)31條(tiao)光纜,在(zai)(zai)(zai)管廊(lang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)運送鋼錠(ding)模的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)火(huo)車和(he)運送建設(she)物資的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)型車輛川流不息(xi)“隆(long)隆(long)”通過,地(di)(di)基處(chu)在(zai)(zai)(zai)不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撓動(dong)之中(zhong)(zhong)。他們(men)制訂了(le)有(you)(you)幾十道(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)復雜(za)而(er)嚴謹(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方案,采(cai)取了(le)一(yi)(yi)系(xi)(xi)列有(you)(you)效的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)措施(shi)(shi)(shi),使地(di)(di)下管廊(lang)全線貫通。號稱“天(tian)下第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)坑”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)寬厚(hou)(hou)板(ban)(ban)漩流池,由于(yu)開發(fa)(fa)成(cheng)功成(cheng)熟(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)地(di)(di)下連續墻施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi),優化內襯結構(gou)(gou)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)和(he)深(shen)井降水(shui)方案,并采(cai)用信息(xi)化施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),使有(you)(you)30多米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)深(shen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)漩流池結構(gou)(gou)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)獲(huo)得(de)圓(yuan)滿(man)成(cheng)功。寬厚(hou)(hou)板(ban)(ban)單片軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)牌坊高15米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),寬4.7米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),厚(hou)(hou)2.2米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),重(zhong)397噸(dun),在(zai)(zai)(zai)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)底座上就位以后猶如高高聳立的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“凱旋門”。他們(men)大膽(dan)提出(chu)由平臥吊裝改為地(di)(di)發(fa)(fa)面側翻(fan)后吊至(zhi)3.8米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)深(shen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)換(huan)輥坑內再更換(huan)吊具(ju)起吊的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)牌坊安(an)裝新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)新思路(lu),圓(yuan)滿(man)解決了(le)由于(yu)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)牌坊推遲半(ban)年進場(chang)而(er)帶來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不能保證投產工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)難題。寶鋼寬厚(hou)(hou)板(ban)(ban)漩流池施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)和(he)5米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)級(ji)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)牌坊側立安(an)裝新技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)已通過中(zhong)(zhong)冶(ye)(ye)集(ji)(ji)團專家(jia)鑒定,獲(huo)得(de)一(yi)(yi)致好評。這(zhe)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)自2002年9月28日打(da)下第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)根(gen)樁(zhuang)起,經過寶冶(ye)(ye)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)29個月拼搶,至(zhi)熱負荷試(shi)(shi)車成(cheng)功,完全按(an)照合(he)同工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)建成(cheng)。
