9月11日,由(you)中國水電建設集團水電八局(ju)承建的(de)衢常鐵路(lu)經專家(jia)組嚴格檢查,一次性(xing)順利(li)通過通車前(qian)驗(yan)收,其工程(cheng)質量、安全及施工進度得到了專家(jia)組和衢常鐵路(lu)有限公司的(de)肯(ken)定。
衢(qu)常(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)路是浙(zhe)贛(gan)線與京九線重要連(lian)接通(tong)道(dao),上至衢(qu)州市(shi)下至常(chang)(chang)山縣,全長41公(gong)(gong)里,總投(tou)資6.75億元。衢(qu)常(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)路工程由鐵(tie)道(dao)部(bu)、常(chang)(chang)山縣政府(fu)、常(chang)(chang)山水(shui)泥有限公(gong)(gong)司、浙(zhe)江投(tou)資有限公(gong)(gong)司等(deng)四家投(tou)資興建(jian),為(wei)國(guo)內(nei)首(shou)家引進民營資本投(tou)資鐵(tie)路建(jian)設(she)和鐵(tie)路系(xi)統外部(bu)施(shi)工隊(dui)伍首(shou)次(ci)參與鐵(tie)路工程施(shi)工的項目。水(shui)電八局(ju)承建(jian)衢(qu)常(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)路DK31+700~DK39+700段(duan),工程包括(kuo)28條涵(han)洞(dong)、8公(gong)(gong)里路基(ji)開挖(wa)填筑(zhu)及附屬(shu)建(jian)筑(zhu)物和一(yi)座(zuo)595米的隧道(dao)建(jian)設(she),合同金額為(wei)4000余萬元。
衢(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)于(yu)2005年(nian)11月正式開工(gong)(gong)(gong)。這(zhe)是水電八(ba)局第(di)(di)一次進(jin)入鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)系統的首(shou)(shou)項(xiang)(xiang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),也是集團成員(yuan)企業承(cheng)建(jian)的首(shou)(shou)項(xiang)(xiang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。在工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設(she)中,該局衢(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)項(xiang)(xiang)目部建(jian)設(she)者以(yi)建(jian)好衢(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu),為(wei)八(ba)局爭(zheng)光,為(wei)集團公(gong)司爭(zheng)光為(wei)目標,迅速適應(ying)新市場,克服重重困難,精(jing)心(xin)組(zu)織(zhi)、嚴格管理,確保工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)度(du)、質(zhi)量、安全(quan)和(he)形象面貌滿足合同(tong)要(yao)求(qiu)。其中DK35+300至340隧(sui)(sui)洞(dong)光面爆破半孔率(lv)和(he)平整度(du)為(wei)整個衢(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)開挖最(zui)優,受到業主(zhu)高度(du)贊揚。在2006年(nian)二季(ji)度(du)業主(zhu)組(zu)織(zhi)的安全(quan)質(zhi)量評(ping)比中,衢(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)項(xiang)(xiang)目部承(cheng)建(jian)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)獲(huo)得第(di)(di)一名(ming),并(bing)在二、三季(ji)度(du)全(quan)路(lu)段勞動競賽(sai)中項(xiang)(xiang)目部分別獲(huo)得第(di)(di)二、三名(ming)。衢(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)箬(ruo)嶺隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)因(yin)含有小(xiao)煤窯采空區、軟基(ji)流塑(su)、大溶洞(dong)等(deng)多種特殊地質(zhi)條件,隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)是整個衢(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)最(zui)難的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)項(xiang)(xiang)目,該局迎難而上(shang),通(tong)過施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方案優化、精(jing)心(xin)組(zu)織(zhi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),仍然率(lv)先(xian)完成了(le)段內全(quan)部施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)任務,實現全(quan)線貫通(tong)并(bing)順利通(tong)過驗收,為(wei)2007年(nian)9月25日衢(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)正式通(tong)車奠(dian)定(ding)了(le)基(ji)礎。
