10月28日,甘肅公司隆重舉行劉(liu)家(jia)(jia)峽(xia)水(shui)電廠330千(qian)(qian)伏開關站竣(jun)工(gong)慶典儀(yi)式(shi),武警甘肅總隊、蘭州電監辦及當地政(zheng)府、設計、施(shi)工(gong)等單位的(de)領導參加(jia)了慶典儀(yi)式(shi),標志著(zhu)甘肅電網首座330千(qian)(qian)伏GIS開關站正式(shi)并網運(yun)行,書(shu)寫(xie)了甘肅電力(li)史上的(de)新篇章,為進(jin)一(yi)步提升劉(liu)家(jia)(jia)峽(xia)水(shui)庫(ku)的(de)運(yun)營(ying)效益(yi)、發揮(hui)劉(liu)家(jia)(jia)峽(xia)電廠的(de)經濟效益(yi)和社(she)會效益(yi)奠定了堅實基(ji)礎。
劉(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)家(jia)峽(xia)(xia)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)自1969年(nian)第(di)一臺機(ji)組(zu)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)以(yi)來,已先后進(jin)行了(le)多次(ci)技(ji)術(shu)改(gai)造,大大提(ti)高(gao)了(le)設備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)可(ke)靠(kao)程度和(he)自動化水平(ping),然而隨著甘肅電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)220千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)系(xi)統的(de)(de)消(xiao)減,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)原(yuan)有的(de)(de)送出(chu)線路已不能滿足機(ji)組(zu)滿發狀態下的(de)(de)送出(chu)需要,出(chu)現“窩電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)”現象,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)社會效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益和(he)經濟效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益充分發揮(hui)受到(dao)(dao)嚴重(zhong)制約。甘肅公(gong)司(si)著眼劉(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)家(jia)峽(xia)(xia)水庫在(zai)黃河流域水資源的(de)(de)優化配置和(he)劉(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)家(jia)峽(xia)(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)在(zai)甘肅電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)運營效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益的(de)(de)提(ti)升,根據(ju)甘肅電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)主網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)架建設規劃的(de)(de)要求,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)提(ti)出(chu)了(le)對所屬的(de)(de)劉(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)家(jia)峽(xia)(xia)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)進(jin)行升壓(ya)改(gai)造的(de)(de)構想,投入大量(liang)技(ji)改(gai)資金對劉(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)家(jia)峽(xia)(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)機(ji)組(zu)和(he)送出(chu)輸變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設備(bei)(bei)進(jin)行技(ji)術(shu)改(gai)造。從2006年(nian)8月開工建設,歷時(shi)(shi)(shi)1年(nian)3個月完(wan)成了(le)劉(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)家(jia)峽(xia)(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)一期技(ji)術(shu)改(gai)造,使(shi)劉(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)家(jia)峽(xia)(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)機(ji)組(zu)總出(chu)力由120萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)提(ti)高(gao)到(dao)(dao)135萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa),大大提(ti)高(gao)其(qi)在(zai)西(xi)北電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)中的(de)(de)調(diao)峰、調(diao)頻能力,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的(de)(de)經濟效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益和(he)社會效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益得以(yi)完(wan)全(quan)發揮(hui)。同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi),消(xiao)除(chu)了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)廠(chang)(chang)內原(yuan)來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁環網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang),有效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)提(ti)高(gao)了(le)輸變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)穩定、可(ke)靠(kao)性。
劉家峽水電廠330千伏開關站配電裝置采用戶外GIS設備,其各項技術性能均達到了國內外同行業的先進水平。一是變壓器采用SSP-315000/330GY型變壓器,運行噪音低、局放小、總損耗降低了3/7左右。二是配電設備采用全封閉組合電器,緊湊,減少了對周圍建筑物及設施的影響,可靠性高,檢修維護量小,檢修周期長。三是開關站與變壓器之間的連接采用SF6氣體管道,用330kV交聯聚乙烯電纜相連接,技術先進,可靠性高,更利于防火,運行穩定、可靠。四是監控系統采用開放系統總線式網絡,軟件模塊化、結構化的設計,人機界面功能強、操作方便、簡潔、靈活,采用國際通用的系統集成思想,實現管控一體化,大大提高電廠的自動化水平。
