11月(yue)30日,“國(guo)電莊河電廠(chang)60萬(wan)千瓦超臨界機(ji)組國(guo)產(chan)自(zi)動化(hua)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統”投產(chan)、“國(guo)電諫壁(bi)電廠(chang)百萬(wan)千瓦超超臨界機(ji)組國(guo)產(chan)自(zi)動化(hua)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統”項目(mu)合作協議簽字儀式在京隆重舉行。
自動化(hua)(hua)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)技術裝備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)神經中樞(shu),對(dui)冶金、電(dian)力、石化(hua)(hua)等重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)裝備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)全、可靠、高(gao)效(xiao)運行(xing)起著至關(guan)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用,被(bei)形象地喻為(wei)(wei)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)裝備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)“大(da)腦”。各(ge)種關(guan)系(xi)(xi)民生的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)生產過程中,以火(huo)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)自動化(hua)(hua)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)最為(wei)(wei)復雜,而(er)在火(huo)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)中,又以大(da)容(rong)(rong)量、高(gao)參數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)超(chao)超(chao)臨界機(ji)(ji)組(zu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)最為(wei)(wei)復雜。自動化(hua)(hua)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)是(shi)國家(jia)振(zhen)興裝備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)業的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)點,是(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)裝備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)核心技術,又是(shi)國產化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)薄弱(ruo)環節,高(gao)參數(shu)(shu)、大(da)容(rong)(rong)量、工(gong)況復雜的(de)(de)(de)現代工(gong)業重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)裝備(bei)需要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)檔自動化(hua)(hua)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)至今(jin)仍被(bei)外國公司壟(long)斷。
國(guo)(guo)家發改委對重(zhong)大(da)工程自(zi)動(dong)化控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統國(guo)(guo)產(chan)化給予了(le)大(da)力支持,為(wei)(wei)了(le)貫徹落(luo)實《國(guo)(guo)務院關于加快振興裝備制(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)的若干意見》,為(wei)(wei)了(le)繼(ji)續推動(dong)我國(guo)(guo)重(zhong)大(da)工程高端(duan)自(zi)動(dong)化控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統產(chan)業(ye)發展,繼(ji)“國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)莊(zhuang)河電(dian)(dian)廠六十萬千(qian)瓦(wa)超(chao)臨(lin)界機組(zu)國(guo)(guo)產(chan)自(zi)動(dong)化控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統”項(xiang)目(mu)之后,又將(jiang)“國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)諫壁電(dian)(dian)廠百萬千(qian)瓦(wa)超(chao)超(chao)臨(lin)界火電(dian)(dian)機組(zu)國(guo)(guo)產(chan)自(zi)動(dong)化控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統”項(xiang)目(mu)確(que)定為(wei)(wei)國(guo)(guo)家技術進步示范工程。
據介(jie)紹,百萬千瓦超超臨界燃(ran)煤(mei)(mei)發電(dian)機組是國際(ji)上燃(ran)煤(mei)(mei)機組的發展(zhan)方(fang)向,具有技術含量高(gao)、煤(mei)(mei)耗低、熱效率高(gao)、可靠性和環(huan)保性能(neng)好等特點,有利(li)于提升(sheng)我國電(dian)力工業(ye)的整體技術水(shui)平。
