9月3日,隨著112米鋼管提籃拱成功架設,由中鐵大橋局承建的武廣客運專線梁家灣特大橋合龍,該橋全長1413.71米,位于湖南臨湘境內,跨越京珠高速公路的主跨橋型為鋼管提籃拱。
梁家灣特大橋拱(gong)(gong)肋采取懸鏈線線型,平面(mian)內矢高(gao)22.4米,吊桿布置采用(yong)尼爾森體系(xi)。中(zhong)鐵大橋局積極開(kai)展(zhan)技(ji)術(shu)攻關,尤其是針對跨(kua)越京(jing)珠高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)的主(zhu)跨(kua)112米鋼管(guan)提(ti)籃拱(gong)(gong)的安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang),多次(ci)組織(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)專家對關鍵工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)的施工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案進(jin)行認真研(yan)討和(he)評審,制訂(ding)了在不影(ying)響(xiang)高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)通(tong)車(che)安(an)(an)(an)全情況(kuang)下,采用(yong)兩臺150噸(dun)履帶吊機進(jin)行主(zhu)拱(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)的科(ke)學施工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案,并派駐技(ji)術(shu)、安(an)(an)(an)全小組進(jin)駐工(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di),協助和(he)指(zhi)導現場施工(gong)(gong)(gong)。項目部(bu)通(tong)過科(ke)學嚴謹(jin)的協調(diao)指(zhi)揮,克服了施工(gong)(gong)(gong)期間雷雨、大風(feng)等惡劣(lie)自然天氣影(ying)響(xiang),在保障京(jing)珠高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)通(tong)車(che)安(an)(an)(an)全的同時,安(an)(an)(an)全、優質地(di)實(shi)現了主(zhu)跨(kua)鋼管(guan)提(ti)籃拱(gong)(gong)的順利合龍。
