近日(ri),由中冶京誠(cheng)科林環(huan)保科技(ji)有限公(gong)司承(cheng)擔(dan)設計并提供設備集成供貨的唐(tang)山不銹(xiu)鋼責任(ren)有限公(gong)司不銹(xiu)鋼110tAOD轉(zhuan)爐(lu)煙氣(qi)余(yu)熱(re)回(hui)(hui)收工(gong)程正(zheng)式投(tou)產(chan),轉(zhuan)爐(lu)煙氣(qi)余(yu)熱(re)回(hui)(hui)收系統運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan)穩定。AOD轉(zhuan)爐(lu)汽(qi)化冷卻(que)技(ji)術具(ju)有國(guo)際先(xian)進水平(ping),其成功運(yun)(yun)用在我國(guo)尚屬(shu)首例,具(ju)有節能、環(huan)保的示范性(xing)意義,該項(xiang)技(ji)術一旦(dan)得到工(gong)程上的普遍應用,能大幅度提高我國(guo)AOD爐(lu)不銹(xiu)鋼冶煉行業的能源利用效率。
據悉(xi),目前國內類似工程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)AOD轉爐(lu)(lu)煙氣(qi)(qi)降(jiang)溫(wen)一般(ban)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)水冷(leng)方式,利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)大(da)(da)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)卻水與(yu)煙氣(qi)(qi)換(huan)熱來降(jiang)低煙氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)度。這一降(jiang)溫(wen)方式存(cun)在如下問題:一是煙氣(qi)(qi)余(yu)熱未能(neng)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),造成(cheng)大(da)(da)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)源浪費,二是循環(huan)冷(leng)卻水消(xiao)耗大(da)(da)量(liang)電(dian)能(neng)。京(jing)誠科林公司根(gen)據AOD煙氣(qi)(qi)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)全燃法(fa)的(de)(de)(de)特點,結合(he)轉爐(lu)(lu)汽(qi)(qi)化冷(leng)卻經(jing)驗與(yu)技術(shu)(shu)(shu),研發出了AOD轉爐(lu)(lu)汽(qi)(qi)化冷(leng)卻專(zhuan)利(li)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(專(zhuan)利(li)申(shen)請號:200820078405.7)。該(gai)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)輻(fu)射型汽(qi)(qi)化冷(leng)卻煙道及對流換(huan)熱型氣(qi)(qi)-水換(huan)熱器吸收煙氣(qi)(qi)余(yu)熱,產生(sheng)蒸汽(qi)(qi)供生(sheng)產、生(sheng)活使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。該(gai)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)功使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),每年(nian)可生(sheng)產蒸汽(qi)(qi)約(yue)(yue)(yue)900萬噸(dun),節(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)水約(yue)(yue)(yue)2700萬噸(dun),節(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)電(dian)能(neng)約(yue)(yue)(yue)2.3×106KW.h,節(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)標煤約(yue)(yue)(yue)36萬噸(dun)、減(jian)(jian)排CO281.5萬噸(dun)、減(jian)(jian)排SO2 7200噸(dun),減(jian)(jian)排灰塵10萬噸(dun)。
