1月19日,中鐵九局承建的沈陽地鐵一號線第五合同段啟工街站至保工街站盾構區間雙線貫通。
沈(shen)陽(yang)地鐵一(yi)號線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)第(di)五合同段盾(dun)構(gou)區間全長(chang)948.86延(yan)長(chang)米,區間隧道為雙(shuang)(shuang)洞雙(shuang)(shuang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),共掘進1897.72延(yan)長(chang)米。在盾(dun)構(gou)掘進過程中,面對(dui)需穿(chuan)越一(yi)條寬約20米、水(shui)深(shen)約2.0米的(de)衛(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)明渠(qu)、地下管線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)復雜的(de)衛(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)加油站和(he)兩座(zuo)高壓輸電線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)塔(ta)座(zuo)等困(kun)難,中鐵九(jiu)局制定了(le)周(zhou)密的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案,調整盾(dun)構(gou)機掘進速度,采取向(xiang)刀盤前部(bu)注(zhu)入泡沫的(de)方(fang)式改善渣土性能,加大注(zhu)漿量保(bao)證了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)“掌子面”的(de)穩定,防止(zhi)了(le)涌砂、突水(shui)現象發生。加強(qiang)對(dui)盾(dun)構(gou)掘進中隧道、地上建(jian)筑物的(de)監測(ce)(ce)和(he)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)跟蹤測(ce)(ce)量,確保(bao)了(le)盾(dun)構(gou)機兩次安全、平(ping)穩的(de)穿(chuan)越“攔路虎”--衛(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)明渠(qu)。不(bu)僅圓滿完成了(le)任務,而且盾(dun)構(gou)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量在沈(shen)陽(yang)市質(zhi)量監督站的(de)檢查中受到好(hao)評。
