小(xiao)(xiao)灣水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站裝(zhuang)機6臺,總(zong)容量420萬(wan)千瓦(wa)。引水(shui)(shui)發(fa)電(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)土建(jian)及金結(jie)安裝(zhuang)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)該電(dian)站最大(da)最重要的(de)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)之一(yi),包括地(di)(di)下廠(chang)房(fang)、引水(shui)(shui)、尾(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)三(san)大(da)部分,由(you)三(san)大(da)洞(dong)室和六(liu)(liu)條引水(shui)(shui)壓力管道、六(liu)(liu)條母(mu)線洞(dong)、兩(liang)條尾(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)及交通(tong)洞(dong)等龐大(da)的(de)地(di)(di)下洞(dong)室群和地(di)(di)面進水(shui)(shui)塔等工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)組(zu)成。在不到(dao)0.3平方公里(li)(li)的(de)山體里(li)(li),布置了(le)總(zong)長17公里(li)(li)的(de)88條地(di)(di)下洞(dong)室。洞(dong)室相間距小(xiao)(xiao),受三(san)級結(jie)構面、蝕(shi)變帶等地(di)(di)質結(jie)構影響,施工(gong)圍巖穩定(ding)是(shi)公認的(de)世界級難(nan)題。地(di)(di)下廠(chang)房(fang)尾(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)管挖空率(lv)高(gao)達(da)68%屬世界之最,84.88米直立(li)墻穩定(ding)又是(shi)世界之最,30.6米大(da)跨度、埋深500多米世界罕見。共有洞(dong)挖221萬(wan)立(li)方米,明挖26萬(wan)立(li)方米。主副廠(chang)房(fang)長298.9米、寬30.6米、高(gao)82米,是(shi)國內(nei)最大(da)的(de)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站地(di)(di)下廠(chang)房(fang)之一(yi)。整(zheng)個(ge)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)規模宏大(da),施工(gong)技術十分復(fu)雜,極具挑戰性,在國內(nei)屈指可數。
該(gai)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)于2003年11月12日(ri)開(kai)(kai)工(gong)。施工(gong)中(zhong),中(zhong)國(guo)水(shui)電(dian)141聯(lian)營體依靠技術創新和采用新工(gong)藝、新材料(liao),確(que)保(bao)(bao)了(le)(le)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的優(you)質快(kuai)速推進(jin)。尤其(qi)在地下(xia)開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)中(zhong),成(cheng)功穿越(yue)了(le)(le)國(guo)內罕見的F7特(te)大斷(duan)層,保(bao)(bao)證了(le)(le)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)安全(quan)。并開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)成(cheng)了(le)(le)一流質量(liang)的地下(xia)廠房等洞室,在巖(yan)壁吊車(che)梁巖(yan)臺開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)中(zhong)進(jin)行了(le)(le)積(ji)極探索,采取了(le)(le)定位、定人、定鉆、定責(ze)、定時、定額、定標準(zhun)的“七定組織法(fa)”和每(mei)(mei)孔必(bi)測(ce)量(liang)、每(mei)(mei)道(dao)工(gong)序必(bi)檢(jian)測(ce)、每(mei)(mei)排炮后(hou)必(bi)檢(jian)查、每(mei)(mei)班交(jiao)接必(bi)對口現(xian)場交(jiao)待(dai)、每(mei)(mei)天必(bi)總結的“五必(bi)管理(li)制(zhi)”,形成(cheng)了(le)(le)精品項目,為國(guo)內其(qi)他工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)提供了(le)(le)借鑒。施工(gong)中(zhong)特(te)別(bie)加強了(le)(le)環保(bao)(bao)、水(shui)保(bao)(bao)工(gong)作,在生態保(bao)(bao)護上得到了(le)(le)高(gao)度重視(shi)。
小灣電(dian)站地下廠房開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖(wa)于(yu)(yu)2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月9日(ri)開(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi), 2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月10日(ri)結(jie)束,歷時29個月;混凝(ning)土(tu)主(zhu)體工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)于(yu)(yu)2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月8日(ri)開(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi),2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)10月24日(ri)結(jie)束。引水系(xi)統2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月開(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖(wa)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),于(yu)(yu)2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)8月15日(ri)結(jie)束;并于(yu)(yu)同年(nian)(nian)(nian)7月20日(ri)開(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)混凝(ning)土(tu)襯砌(qi),2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)9月30日(ri)完成。尾水系(xi)統2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)1月開(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖(wa)至(zhi)2007年(nian)(nian)(nian)結(jie)束;2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)3月開(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)混凝(ning)土(tu)襯砌(qi),今年(nian)(nian)(nian)1月完工(gong)(gong)(gong)。進水塔工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)于(yu)(yu)2005年(nian)(nian)(nian)2月15日(ri)開(kai)(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong),2007年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月31日(ri)混凝(ning)土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)結(jie)束,隨(sui)后開(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)水工(gong)(gong)(gong)設(she)備(bei)安裝(zhuang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。整體工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)按提(ti)前一(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)發電(dian)目(mu)標(biao)正常推進,為機(ji)電(dian)設(she)備(bei)安裝(zhuang)提(ti)供了良好條件。
目前,電(dian)站(zhan)建設(she)正在按(an)照首(shou)臺機(ji)組發電(dian)目標全力以赴向前推進。
