小灣水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站裝(zhuang)機6臺,總容(rong)量420萬(wan)千瓦。引(yin)水(shui)(shui)發電(dian)系統土建及金結(jie)安裝(zhuang)工程(cheng)是該電(dian)站最(zui)(zui)大(da)最(zui)(zui)重要(yao)的(de)(de)工程(cheng)之(zhi)一,包(bao)括地(di)(di)下(xia)廠房、引(yin)水(shui)(shui)、尾(wei)水(shui)(shui)三大(da)部分,由三大(da)洞(dong)(dong)室和六條引(yin)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)力管(guan)(guan)道、六條母線(xian)洞(dong)(dong)、兩條尾(wei)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)及交通洞(dong)(dong)等(deng)龐(pang)大(da)的(de)(de)地(di)(di)下(xia)洞(dong)(dong)室群和地(di)(di)面進水(shui)(shui)塔(ta)等(deng)工程(cheng)組成(cheng)。在(zai)不到0.3平方公里的(de)(de)山體里,布置了總長17公里的(de)(de)88條地(di)(di)下(xia)洞(dong)(dong)室。洞(dong)(dong)室相間距(ju)小,受三級(ji)結(jie)構面、蝕變帶等(deng)地(di)(di)質(zhi)結(jie)構影響(xiang),施工圍巖穩定是公認的(de)(de)世(shi)界(jie)(jie)級(ji)難題(ti)。地(di)(di)下(xia)廠房尾(wei)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)挖(wa)空(kong)率高達68%屬(shu)世(shi)界(jie)(jie)之(zhi)最(zui)(zui),84.88米(mi)(mi)(mi)直(zhi)立(li)墻穩定又是世(shi)界(jie)(jie)之(zhi)最(zui)(zui),30.6米(mi)(mi)(mi)大(da)跨度、埋(mai)深500多米(mi)(mi)(mi)世(shi)界(jie)(jie)罕(han)見。共有洞(dong)(dong)挖(wa)221萬(wan)立(li)方米(mi)(mi)(mi),明挖(wa)26萬(wan)立(li)方米(mi)(mi)(mi)。主副(fu)廠房長298.9米(mi)(mi)(mi)、寬30.6米(mi)(mi)(mi)、高82米(mi)(mi)(mi),是國(guo)內(nei)最(zui)(zui)大(da)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站地(di)(di)下(xia)廠房之(zhi)一。整個(ge)系統工程(cheng)規(gui)模宏大(da),施工技術十(shi)分復雜,極具(ju)挑戰性(xing),在(zai)國(guo)內(nei)屈指(zhi)可數。
該工(gong)(gong)程于2003年11月(yue)12日開(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)。施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong),中(zhong)國(guo)水(shui)電141聯營體依(yi)靠(kao)技術創(chuang)新和(he)采用新工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、新材(cai)料,確(que)保(bao)了工(gong)(gong)程的(de)優質快速(su)推進。尤其在地下(xia)開(kai)(kai)挖中(zhong),成功穿越了國(guo)內(nei)罕見(jian)的(de)F7特大斷層,保(bao)證了工(gong)(gong)程安(an)全。并開(kai)(kai)挖成了一流質量的(de)地下(xia)廠房(fang)等洞(dong)室,在巖壁吊車梁巖臺開(kai)(kai)挖中(zhong)進行了積極探索,采取了定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)位、定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)人、定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鉆、定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)責、定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)時、定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)額、定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)標準的(de)“七定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)組織法”和(he)每(mei)(mei)(mei)孔必(bi)(bi)測量、每(mei)(mei)(mei)道工(gong)(gong)序必(bi)(bi)檢測、每(mei)(mei)(mei)排炮(pao)后必(bi)(bi)檢查、每(mei)(mei)(mei)班交接(jie)必(bi)(bi)對口現(xian)場交待、每(mei)(mei)(mei)天必(bi)(bi)總結的(de)“五(wu)必(bi)(bi)管理(li)制”,形成了精品(pin)項目,為國(guo)內(nei)其他工(gong)(gong)程提(ti)供(gong)了借(jie)鑒。施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)特別加(jia)強了環保(bao)、水(shui)保(bao)工(gong)(gong)作,在生態保(bao)護(hu)上得到了高度重視。
小灣電(dian)站地下廠房(fang)開(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)挖于(yu)(yu)2003年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)9日(ri)(ri)開(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi), 2006年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)10日(ri)(ri)結(jie)束,歷時29個月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue);混凝(ning)土(tu)主體工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)于(yu)(yu)2006年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)8日(ri)(ri)開(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi),2008年(nian)(nian)10月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)24日(ri)(ri)結(jie)束。引水系(xi)統(tong)2004年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)開(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)挖施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),于(yu)(yu)2006年(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)15日(ri)(ri)結(jie)束;并于(yu)(yu)同年(nian)(nian)7月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)20日(ri)(ri)開(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)混凝(ning)土(tu)襯(chen)砌(qi),2008年(nian)(nian)9月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)30日(ri)(ri)完(wan)成(cheng)。尾水系(xi)統(tong)2004年(nian)(nian)1月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)開(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)挖至2007年(nian)(nian)結(jie)束;2006年(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)開(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)混凝(ning)土(tu)襯(chen)砌(qi),今年(nian)(nian)1月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)完(wan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。進水塔工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)于(yu)(yu)2005年(nian)(nian)2月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)15日(ri)(ri)開(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),2007年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)31日(ri)(ri)混凝(ning)土(tu)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)結(jie)束,隨(sui)后開(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)水工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)設備(bei)安裝(zhuang)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。整體工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)按提前一年(nian)(nian)發(fa)電(dian)目標正常(chang)推進,為(wei)機電(dian)設備(bei)安裝(zhuang)提供了(le)良(liang)好條(tiao)件。
目前,電站建(jian)設(she)正在按照首臺(tai)機組發電目標全力以(yi)赴向前推進。
