8月(yue)29日,中(zhong)國鐵(tie)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程總公司所屬中(zhong)鐵(tie)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)參建的(de)太中(zhong)銀鐵(tie)路(lu)STS-V標崗(gang)城(cheng)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)貫通(tong)。崗(gang)城(cheng)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)全長(chang)4575米(mi),中(zhong)鐵(tie)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)四處承(cheng)擔進口端2383米(mi)的(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任(ren)務(wu),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程地(di)質條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)復雜,路(lu)線長(chang)、規模大、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)緊、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)度大、質量要求高。自2007年2月(yue)份(fen)進場以(yi)來,項(xiang)目部克服陜北冬季嚴寒、溫差大、多(duo)風沙(sha)等(deng)惡(e)劣(lie)自然(ran)條(tiao)件(jian)(jian),在施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中(zhong)嚴格規范作(zuo)業,開展科技(ji)攻關,推(tui)行激勵(li)機(ji)制和約(yue)束機(ji)制,強化執(zhi)行力,制訂切實可行的(de)安全管理措施(shi)(shi)(shi),在保(bao)證施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全的(de)前提下充分發揮資(zi)(zi)源潛力,達到快速(su)連(lian)續施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。通(tong)過不斷實踐和摸索,形成了一(yi)套獨特的(de)“含水(shui)率高的(de)新黃土三臺(tai)階六部開挖快速(su)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)法”。在沒有任(ren)何黃土隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)相(xiang)關經驗可資(zi)(zi)借(jie)鑒(jian)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下,成功、安全、平穩地(di)穿越被設計院(yuan)和業主(zhu)(zhu)視為高風險的(de)崗(gang)城(cheng)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進度、安全質量得到了業主(zhu)(zhu)的(de)一(yi)致(zhi)好評(ping)。
