經過四年多(duo)的(de)(de)艱(jian)苦努(nu)力,目前,葛(ge)洲(zhou)壩(ba)集團(tuan)與中(zhong)鐵隧道集團(tuan)聯(lian)合承建(jian)的(de)(de)南水北調(diao)中(zhong)線(xian)一期穿黃工程(cheng)II-A標總(zong)長3450米(mi)的(de)(de)過黃河隧洞已掘進到3000米(mi)處(chu),整個隧洞11月(yue)中(zhong)旬有望(wang)全線(xian)貫通。這將是人類(lei)歷史上(shang)首次(ci)穿越黃河。
南(nan)水北(bei)(bei)調中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)線(xian)穿黃(huang)(huang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)是(shi)南(nan)水北(bei)(bei)調工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)投資(zi)較大(da)(da)、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度最高、立(li)交規模最大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)控制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)建筑物,也是(shi)人(ren)(ren)類(lei)歷史(shi)上最宏大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)穿越大(da)(da)江大(da)(da)河工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。該工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)兩條穿黃(huang)(huang)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong)(dong),是(shi)整個工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)最引人(ren)(ren)注目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)控制(zhi)性項目(mu),每條隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong)(dong)長4250米,包括800米長的(de)(de)(de)(de)邙山隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong)(dong)和(he)總長3450米的(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)黃(huang)(huang)河隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong)(dong),單洞(dong)(dong)直徑7米,采用目(mu)前世界上較為先(xian)進的(de)(de)(de)(de)盾構技術進行(xing)挖掘施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),技術含量高,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)長。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)于2005年9月開工(gong)(gong)(gong),計(ji)劃于2010年3月竣(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。葛洲(zhou)壩集團與中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)集團組(zu)成的(de)(de)(de)(de)南(nan)水北(bei)(bei)調中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)線(xian)一期(qi)穿黃(huang)(huang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)聯(lian)合體(ti),承擔(dan)了II-A標施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)任務,主要施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)項目(mu)包括北(bei)(bei)岸豎井(jing)、南(nan)岸豎井(jing)、過(guo)河隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong)(dong)段、邙山隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong)(dong)段、出口建筑物、北(bei)(bei)岸防護堤等項目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)土建及設備安裝施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。葛洲(zhou)壩集團五公司(si)代(dai)表葛洲(zhou)壩集團履約。
開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)以(yi)來,葛洲壩建設(she)者們開(kai)展(zhan)技術攻關,狠抓質(zhi)量、安全監控,圓滿完(wan)成了盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji)的組裝、調(diao)試(shi),豎井(jing)開(kai)挖,確(que)保了隧(sui)洞掘(jue)進(jin)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的順利(li)進(jin)行。2008年(nian)6月,盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji)整(zheng)機(ji)始(shi)發。經過一年(nian)多的艱苦努力,于(yu)今年(nian)7月掘(jue)進(jin)至2600米處(chu),進(jin)入(ru)黃(huang)(huang)河(he)河(he)床底施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),正式開(kai)始(shi)穿(chuan)越黃(huang)(huang)河(he)之旅。8月20日,盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji)進(jin)入(ru)主河(he)道段(duan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。截至9月15日,盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji)已在主河(he)道段(duan)掘(jue)進(jin)220米,順利(li)到(dao)達3000米處(chu),距離南岸(an)豎井(jing)僅剩450米。項目部經理(li)部預測,在地(di)質(zhi)條件不發生重大(da)變化和掘(jue)進(jin)設(she)備(bei)正常的情(qing)況下,盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji)可望于(yu)11月中旬(xun)到(dao)達南岸(an)豎井(jing),完(wan)成過河(he)段(duan)隧(sui)洞施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。屆時,南水北調(diao)中線(xian)一期穿(chuan)黃(huang)(huang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)II-A標(biao)的過黃(huang)(huang)河(he)隧(sui)洞將全線(xian)貫通,亙古流淌的黃(huang)(huang)河(he)也將首次(ci)被(bei)人(ren)類(lei)穿(chuan)越。
