2月24日,中國鐵路工程總公司所屬中鐵三局獨立承建的1公里以上特長、大斷面黃土隧道——太佳高速公路雷家磧3#隧道右線勝利實現貫通。
雷家磧3號隧道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)右線(xian)全(quan)長1420米(mi),左線(xian)為1455米(mi)。該隧道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)位(wei)于山西省(sheng)臨縣黃土(tu)(tu)(tu)梁峁區,隧道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)區域黃土(tu)(tu)(tu)大(da)面(mian)積(ji)覆蓋,地形起伏大(da),溝壑縱橫。洞內圍巖軟弱(ruo),土(tu)(tu)(tu)石(shi)混合(he),埋深(shen)深(shen)淺不(bu)一,最小埋深(shen)僅為5米(mi),且圍巖破碎,坍塌(ta)嚴重(zhong),兩次下穿S104省(sheng)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全(quan)風險(xian)高(gao)、難度大(da),是全(quan)線(xian)重(zhong)點(dian)控(kong)制性工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)之一。自開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)以來,中鐵三局項目(mu)部(bu)全(quan)體參戰員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)嚴格遵循(xun)“管(guan)超前、嚴注漿、短進尺(chi)、強(qiang)(qiang)支護、早封閉、快襯砌”的(de)(de)指導原則,強(qiang)(qiang)化過(guo)程(cheng)控(kong)制,優化施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,研(yan)發出了(le)高(gao)速公(gong)路濕(shi)陷性黃土(tu)(tu)(tu)隧道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)“兩臺階四步開(kai)挖(wa)方(fang)法”和土(tu)(tu)(tu)石(shi)混合(he)圍巖“分部(bu)開(kai)挖(wa)方(fang)法”。經過(guo)近(jin)11個月的(de)(de)奮力拼(pin)搏,勝利實現了(le)右線(xian)隧道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)按(an)節點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期零誤差貫通,確保不(bu)“質量安全(quan)雙第一,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進度超計劃” 的(de)(de)目(mu)標。
