10月(yue)10日,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)路(lu)工程總公司所屬的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)隧道承擔的(de)國(guo)家(jia)863計(ji)劃項(xiang)目“盾構(gou)控(kong)制系(xi)統檢測試驗(yan)臺”順(shun)利(li)通(tong)過河南(nan)省科技廳(ting)(ting)鑒定。鑒定委員會由東南(nan)大學(xue)博導戴先中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)股份(fen)公司教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)級高(gao)工劉(liu)春、河南(nan)省交通(tong)廳(ting)(ting)教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)級高(gao)工田國(guo)華等8名國(guo)內控(kong)制系(xi)統、盾構(gou)科研、機械制造等領(ling)域的(de)著名教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、專(zhuan)家(jia)組成。河南(nan)省科技廳(ting)(ting)副廳(ting)(ting)長賈躍、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)隧道副總經(jing)(jing)理唐忠參加(jia)了成果(guo)鑒定會。鑒定委員會聽取了中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)隧道國(guo)家(jia)863計(ji)劃項(xiang)目“盾構(gou)控(kong)制系(xi)統檢測試驗(yan)臺”課題(ti)組的(de)專(zhuan)題(ti)匯報(bao),實(shi)地觀看(kan)了試驗(yan)臺的(de)現場運(yun)行,客觀公正地審查了相關鑒定資料,經(jing)(jing)過質疑和討論,對該課題(ti)的(de)學(xue)術價值和現實(shi)意(yi)義給予了充分肯定。
鑒定委(wei)員會認為(wei):該項目(mu)在(zai)吸收國(guo)外大直徑泥(ni)(ni)水(shui)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎上,研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)出了具有自主知識產(chan)權的(de)(de)(de)(de)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)檢(jian)測(ce)試(shi)驗臺,自主開發(fa)(fa)了泥(ni)(ni)水(shui)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong),填補(bu)了國(guo)內(nei)(nei)空(kong)白。開發(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)具有自主知識產(chan)權的(de)(de)(de)(de)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong),完整(zheng)掌握了該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)邏輯關(guan)系(xi)(xi)和核(he)心控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)(shu),滿(man)足了盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)整(zheng)機控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu),實現了系(xi)(xi)統(tong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)和狀態檢(jian)測(ce)的(de)(de)(de)(de)集成化(hua)、網絡(luo)化(hua)和智能化(hua)。研(yan)發(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗臺對于(yu)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)國(guo)產(chan)化(hua)具有積(ji)極(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)推動作(zuo)用,經(jing)濟效益和社會效益顯(xian)著。“盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)檢(jian)測(ce)試(shi)驗臺”課題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)究在(zai)國(guo)內(nei)(nei)屬首創,綜合技(ji)術(shu)(shu)水(shui)平達(da)到國(guo)際先進(jin)水(shui)平。
