10月(yue)10日,中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)路(lu)工(gong)程總公司(si)所屬的(de)中(zhong)鐵(tie)隧(sui)道(dao)承擔的(de)國(guo)家(jia)863計劃(hua)項(xiang)目“盾構控制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)檢(jian)測試驗臺”順利通過河南(nan)省科技廳(ting)(ting)(ting)鑒定(ding)(ding)。鑒定(ding)(ding)委員(yuan)會(hui)由東(dong)南(nan)大學(xue)博導戴先(xian)中(zhong)、中(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)鐵(tie)股份公司(si)教授級高(gao)工(gong)劉春、河南(nan)省交通廳(ting)(ting)(ting)教授級高(gao)工(gong)田國(guo)華等8名(ming)國(guo)內控制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、盾構科研、機(ji)械制造等領域(yu)的(de)著名(ming)教授、專家(jia)組(zu)成。河南(nan)省科技廳(ting)(ting)(ting)副(fu)廳(ting)(ting)(ting)長賈躍、中(zhong)鐵(tie)隧(sui)道(dao)副(fu)總經理唐(tang)忠參加了(le)(le)(le)成果鑒定(ding)(ding)會(hui)。鑒定(ding)(ding)委員(yuan)會(hui)聽取了(le)(le)(le)中(zhong)鐵(tie)隧(sui)道(dao)國(guo)家(jia)863計劃(hua)項(xiang)目“盾構控制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)檢(jian)測試驗臺”課題(ti)(ti)組(zu)的(de)專題(ti)(ti)匯報,實地觀(guan)看了(le)(le)(le)試驗臺的(de)現(xian)場運行,客觀(guan)公正地審查了(le)(le)(le)相關(guan)鑒定(ding)(ding)資料,經過質疑和討論,對(dui)該課題(ti)(ti)的(de)學(xue)術價值(zhi)和現(xian)實意(yi)義給予了(le)(le)(le)充分肯定(ding)(ding)。
鑒定委員會(hui)認(ren)為:該(gai)項目在(zai)吸收國(guo)(guo)(guo)外大直徑泥(ni)水盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)基(ji)礎上,研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)出了(le)(le)(le)具有(you)自主知識(shi)產權的(de)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)檢(jian)測試驗臺(tai),自主開發(fa)了(le)(le)(le)泥(ni)水盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),填補了(le)(le)(le)國(guo)(guo)(guo)內空白(bai)。開發(fa)的(de)具有(you)自主知識(shi)產權的(de)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),完(wan)整掌握了(le)(le)(le)該(gai)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)邏(luo)輯關系(xi)(xi)和核心控制(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu)(shu)(shu),滿足了(le)(le)(le)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)整機控制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)要(yao)求,實現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)控制(zhi)(zhi)和狀態檢(jian)測的(de)集(ji)成化、網絡(luo)化和智(zhi)能化。研(yan)發(fa)的(de)試驗臺(tai)對于(yu)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)的(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)產化具有(you)積極的(de)推動(dong)作用,經濟效益和社會(hui)效益顯著。“盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)檢(jian)測試驗臺(tai)”課題的(de)關鍵技術(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)究在(zai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)內屬首創,綜合技術(shu)(shu)(shu)水平(ping)達(da)到國(guo)(guo)(guo)際先進(jin)水平(ping)。
