在世(shi)人(ren)矚(zhu)目(mu)的南極(ji)(ji)長城站(zhan)、中(zhong)(zhong)山站(zhan),將(jiang)再度留下中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)集團員工(gong)(gong)(gong)的足跡。11月5日,中(zhong)(zhong)國中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)集團在北京總部舉行隆重(zhong)儀(yi)式,歡送(song)中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隨中(zhong)(zhong)國第(di)24次南極(ji)(ji)科(ke)考(kao)隊第(di)六次開赴(fu)南極(ji)(ji)的建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)者(zhe)光榮出征。11月12日,全體(ti)南極(ji)(ji)科(ke)考(kao)站(zhan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)者(zhe)將(jiang)從(cong)上海(hai)出發(fa),搭乘中(zhong)(zhong)國南極(ji)(ji)科(ke)考(kao)船“雪龍(long)號”遠涉12000多公(gong)里,歷時27天,抵達南極(ji)(ji),開始實(shi)施中(zhong)(zhong)國南極(ji)(ji)“十五”能力(li)科(ke)考(kao)站(zhan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)項目(mu),整(zheng)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)計劃在2~3年內完成。
中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)在2002年至2006年期間,曾參(can)加了(le)第(di)19至23次中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國南極(ji)(ji)長城(cheng)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)科(ke)考隊,圓滿完成了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)、長城(cheng)兩站(zhan)(zhan)后勤保障任(ren)務,為這(zhe)次科(ke)考站(zhan)(zhan)大(da)規(gui)模擴建(jian)創造了(le)條件,打下(xia)了(le)良好基礎(chu)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)集(ji)團(tuan)把參(can)與南極(ji)(ji)科(ke)學考察、建(jian)設(she)南極(ji)(ji)科(ke)考站(zhan)(zhan),作為企業發展(zhan)的(de)崇高使命,立(li)下(xia)了(le)在南極(ji)(ji)展(zhan)示(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國工(gong)(gong)人階級施工(gong)(gong)能(neng)力和(he)風采的(de)雄心壯志。
“十五”能(neng)力(li)科(ke)(ke)考(kao)(kao)站(zhan)建(jian)設(she)項目(mu)包括為(wei)(wei)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)研(yan)(yan)究建(jian)設(she)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)綜(zong)合樓、科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)觀測站(zhan)以及科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)后(hou)勤保障附屬(shu)設(she)施。為(wei)(wei)進一步提升中國對南(nan)極(ji)科(ke)(ke)考(kao)(kao)能(neng)力(li),為(wei)(wei)人類認識和利(li)用(yong)南(nan)極(ji)做出貢獻,充分展(zhan)示我國綜(zong)合國力(li),推(tui)進國家(jia)海(hai)洋強國戰略,國家(jia)把南(nan)極(ji)科(ke)(ke)考(kao)(kao)站(zhan)建(jian)設(she)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)“十五”能(neng)力(li)建(jian)設(she)項目(mu)。據了解,中國極(ji)地考(kao)(kao)察“十五”能(neng)力(li)科(ke)(ke)考(kao)(kao)站(zhan)建(jian)設(she)項目(mu),是國家(jia)80年代初(chu)在(zai)南(nan)極(ji)建(jian)立集裝式(shi)的(de)簡易科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)考(kao)(kao)察站(zhan)以來(lai),第一次大規模利(li)用(yong)現(xian)代建(jian)筑材料(liao)和技術(shu)進行投資擴建(jian),擴建(jian)后(hou)的(de)科(ke)(ke)考(kao)(kao)站(zhan)將極(ji)大地提升中國對南(nan)極(ji)的(de)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)考(kao)(kao)察能(neng)力(li)和影響。
南極中山站施工自然環境惡劣,施工期僅有12月至次年2月的3個月時間。為保證施工進度,科學合理安排施工順序、保證物資供應,中鐵建工集團從施工一線抽調骨干技術人員組建了精干高效的項目施工隊伍,并在上海設立了后勤保障供應基地確保工程順利實施。為確保南極極地的施工和環保工作,中鐵建工集團制定了專項環保預案,全方位實行“無痕跡”施工,確保南極凈土不受污染。
