日前(qian),中國鐵(tie)建(jian)第五(wu)勘察設計(ji)院(yuan)北(bei)(bei)方路橋(qiao)公(gong)司承建(jian)的北(bei)(bei)京通(tong)惠河北(bei)(bei)路匝道橋(qiao)正式建(jian)成通(tong)車,如愿(yuan)實現了(le)項(xiang)目部“五(wu)年建(jian)五(wu)橋(qiao),勇攀新(xin)高峰,創造(zao)新(xin)業績,獻禮(li)十七大,為奧運(yun)做貢獻”的誓(shi)言。
北京通(tong)惠河(he)北路(lu)匝道橋工(gong)程是2005年(nian)北京市(shi)確(que)定的重(zhong)點工(gong)程。該工(gong)程特(te)殊復雜,工(gong)期要求(qiu)緊,質量(liang)標準高,車輛運行干擾(rao)大(da),受場地嚴格(ge)限制,給施工(gong)帶來(lai)極(ji)大(da)難度(du)。
自2005年10月開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)以(yi)來,路橋公司北京(jing)項(xiang)目(mu)部項(xiang)目(mu)部全(quan)體員工(gong)(gong)(gong)從工(gong)(gong)(gong)期、質(zhi)量(liang)目(mu)標到安(an)全(quan)風險預測,從組織(zhi)人力資源到調(diao)配機(ji)械(xie)設備(bei),從施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組織(zhi)設計到技術(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)措施(shi),進行(xing)周密謀劃。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技術(shu)人員反復修改、篩選多種技術(shu)方案,對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序的每個細節都采取事先研究、事中控制、事后改進的策(ce)略(lve),確保工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)進展平穩有序。同時,該項(xiang)目(mu)部采用大(da)噸位連續鋼箱梁曲線頂推新技術(shu)、新工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),贏得同行(xing)的高度評價(jia),讓業(ye)主、甲方、監(jian)理單位感到十(shi)分滿意(yi)。
該橋的建成通車,將有效解決廣渠門地區出京方向和通惠河北路方向的交通“瓶頸”,實現了機動車無交織快速通過,使該地區形成一個完整的交通網。通車當日,中共中央政治局委員、北京市市委書記劉淇和市委副書記、市長王岐山興致勃勃地察看了通惠河北路匝道建設情況,并實地慰問了工地建設者。
