12月22日,石太(tai)鐵路客運專線(xian)重(zhong)點控制性工程——太(tai)行(xing)山隧道(dao)勝利(li)貫通。全長2.78公里(li)長的(de)太(tai)行(xing)山隧道(dao)的(de)貫通,成為我國鐵路隧道(dao)建設史上的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)里(li)程碑。
鐵道(dao)部傳給建設(she)者(zhe)的(de)賀(he)電中稱(cheng),太行山隧道(dao)是目前我(wo)國(guo)最長(chang)的(de)山嶺隧道(dao)。該(gai)隧道(dao)為(wei)雙(shuang)洞單線(xian)(xian),穿過高程(cheng)為(wei)1311米(mi)的(de)太行山山脈主峰越宵山,最大(da)埋(mai)深445米(mi),兩線(xian)(xian)間距35米(mi),左線(xian)(xian)全(quan)(quan)長(chang)27839米(mi),右線(xian)(xian)全(quan)(quan)長(chang)27848米(mi)。
太行山隧道地質(zhi)結構復(fu)雜,質(zhi)量標準較高,位于太行山脈(mo)中南段(duan)剝蝕(shi)中低山區(qu)及土盆地堆積區(qu)兩大地貌單元(yuan)內,IV、Ⅴ級軟弱圍巖約(yue)占45%,其間穿越了累計(ji)4410m長國內罕(han)見的膏溶角礫(li)地段(duan),施工(gong)條件(jian)艱苦,技術難度(du)高。
建(jian)設單位中(zhong)鐵十(shi)六局(ju)集團(tuan)成立(li)科技(ji)(ji)(ji)攻關組,幾次組織(zhi)全國(guo)(guo)(guo)隧道(dao)(dao)專家,圍繞 “特(te)(te)長(chang)隧道(dao)(dao)地質超前預報、膏溶(rong)角礫巖地段隧道(dao)(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)和(he)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方法、特(te)(te)長(chang)隧道(dao)(dao)控(kong)制測(ce)量”等(deng)8個重點(dian)課題,進行(xing)現場掛牌(pai)攻關。通(tong)過(guo)采用長(chang)大(da)隧道(dao)(dao)硬質圍巖快速施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、長(chang)距離掘進施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)通(tong)風技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)研究、雙車道(dao)(dao)斜(xie)井(jing)無軌(gui)運(yun)輸(shu)快速施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)斜(xie)井(jing)有軌(gui)運(yun)輸(shu)快速施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、長(chang)大(da)隧道(dao)(dao)控(kong)制測(ce)量技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)等(deng),以及多(duo)斜(xie)井(jing)多(duo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作面(mian)同時開挖的高效(xiao)組織(zhi)模式,為國(guo)(guo)(guo)際和(he)國(guo)(guo)(guo)內形成膨脹巖石膨脹勢判定統一標準提供(gong)了(le)寶貴(gui)的參考依據,為我國(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)(te)長(chang)大(da)隧道(dao)(dao)建(jian)設積累了(le)寶貴(gui)經驗(yan),使(shi)我國(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)(te)長(chang)大(da)隧道(dao)(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)又上(shang)了(le)一個新(xin)的臺階。
石家莊至太原鐵路客運專線,是國家“十一五”重點建設項目,是全國鐵路“四縱四橫”快速客運網的重要組成部分,也是我國首條開工建設的客運專線,該隧道貫通,標志著石太客運專線的建設邁出了重要一步。
