10月28日,甘肅(su)公司隆重舉行劉(liu)家峽(xia)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)廠330千伏開(kai)關站竣工慶(qing)(qing)典(dian)儀(yi)式,武警甘肅(su)總隊、蘭州(zhou)電(dian)(dian)監辦及當地政府、設計、施工等單位的領導參加了(le)慶(qing)(qing)典(dian)儀(yi)式,標志著甘肅(su)電(dian)(dian)網首(shou)座330千伏GIS開(kai)關站正(zheng)式并網運行,書寫了(le)甘肅(su)電(dian)(dian)力史上的新(xin)篇章(zhang),為進一(yi)步提升劉(liu)家峽(xia)水(shui)庫的運營效(xiao)益(yi)(yi)、發揮劉(liu)家峽(xia)電(dian)(dian)廠的經(jing)濟效(xiao)益(yi)(yi)和(he)社會(hui)效(xiao)益(yi)(yi)奠(dian)定了(le)堅實基(ji)礎。
劉(liu)(liu)家(jia)(jia)峽(xia)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站自1969年(nian)第一(yi)臺(tai)機組(zu)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)以(yi)來,已先后(hou)進(jin)行了(le)多次技(ji)(ji)術改(gai)造(zao),大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提高(gao)了(le)設(she)備的(de)可靠程度(du)和自動化(hua)水(shui)(shui)平(ping),然(ran)而(er)隨著(zhu)甘(gan)(gan)(gan)肅(su)(su)(su)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)220千(qian)伏(fu)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)消減(jian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站原有的(de)送出(chu)(chu)線(xian)路已不能滿(man)足(zu)機組(zu)滿(man)發(fa)(fa)狀(zhuang)態下(xia)的(de)送出(chu)(chu)需(xu)要,出(chu)(chu)現“窩電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)”現象,使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站社會(hui)效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)(yi)和經濟效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)(yi)充分發(fa)(fa)揮受到(dao)嚴重制約(yue)。甘(gan)(gan)(gan)肅(su)(su)(su)公司著(zhu)眼劉(liu)(liu)家(jia)(jia)峽(xia)水(shui)(shui)庫在(zai)黃河流域水(shui)(shui)資(zi)源的(de)優化(hua)配置和劉(liu)(liu)家(jia)(jia)峽(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)在(zai)甘(gan)(gan)(gan)肅(su)(su)(su)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)運營效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)(yi)的(de)提升(sheng),根據甘(gan)(gan)(gan)肅(su)(su)(su)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)主網(wang)(wang)架建設(she)規劃的(de)要求,及時提出(chu)(chu)了(le)對(dui)(dui)所屬(shu)的(de)劉(liu)(liu)家(jia)(jia)峽(xia)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)進(jin)行升(sheng)壓改(gai)造(zao)的(de)構想,投入大(da)(da)量(liang)技(ji)(ji)改(gai)資(zi)金(jin)對(dui)(dui)劉(liu)(liu)家(jia)(jia)峽(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)機組(zu)和送出(chu)(chu)輸變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備進(jin)行技(ji)(ji)術改(gai)造(zao)。從2006年(nian)8月開(kai)工(gong)建設(she),歷時1年(nian)3個月完成了(le)劉(liu)(liu)家(jia)(jia)峽(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)一(yi)期(qi)技(ji)(ji)術改(gai)造(zao),使劉(liu)(liu)家(jia)(jia)峽(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)機組(zu)總出(chu)(chu)力(li)由120萬千(qian)瓦提高(gao)到(dao)135萬千(qian)瓦,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提高(gao)其在(zai)西北電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)中的(de)調(diao)峰(feng)、調(diao)頻能力(li),使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站的(de)經濟效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)(yi)和社會(hui)效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)(yi)得以(yi)完全發(fa)(fa)揮。同時,消除(chu)了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)內原來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁環網(wang)(wang),有效(xiao)(xiao)提高(gao)了(le)輸變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備的(de)穩定、可靠性。
劉家峽水電廠330千伏開關站配電裝置采用戶外GIS設備,其各項技術性能均達到了國內外同行業的先進水平。一是變壓器采用SSP-315000/330GY型變壓器,運行噪音低、局放小、總損耗降低了3/7左右。二是配電設備采用全封閉組合電器,緊湊,減少了對周圍建筑物及設施的影響,可靠性高,檢修維護量小,檢修周期長。三是開關站與變壓器之間的連接采用SF6氣體管道,用330kV交聯聚乙烯電纜相連接,技術先進,可靠性高,更利于防火,運行穩定、可靠。四是監控系統采用開放系統總線式網絡,軟件模塊化、結構化的設計,人機界面功能強、操作方便、簡潔、靈活,采用國際通用的系統集成思想,實現管控一體化,大大提高電廠的自動化水平。
