中鐵四局一公司焦桐經理部為將農民工權益落到實處,積極采取多項措施,建立起農民工工資發放保障長效機制,真正為農民工權益撐起了“保護傘”。
一是建立了農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)個(ge)人(ren)檔(dang)案和考(kao)勤(qin)制度(du)。經理部(bu)為每(mei)(mei)位(wei)農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)都(dou)建立了個(ge)人(ren)檔(dang)案,每(mei)(mei)日核(he)查(cha)農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)出(chu)勤(qin)情(qing)(qing)況,細(xi)致建立工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)臺帳,確保(bao)(bao)有工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)必有酬(chou)。二是限(xian)時發放(fang)(fang)農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。經理部(bu)要求在計(ji)量款到賬后(hou)五個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作日內(nei),及時支付農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。三(san)是實(shi)行公(gong)示制度(du)。每(mei)(mei)月月底,經理部(bu)將各勞(lao)務(wu)(wu)隊當月累計(ji)完成工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作量、各勞(lao)務(wu)(wu)隊支付及借支情(qing)(qing)況及農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)發放(fang)(fang)情(qing)(qing)況等(deng)綜合信息張榜公(gong)布,公(gong)開透明,形成監督。四是每(mei)(mei)季度(du)檢(jian)查(cha)農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)發放(fang)(fang)落實(shi)情(qing)(qing)況。內(nei)容包括(kuo)核(he)查(cha)勞(lao)務(wu)(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)員變(bian)動、農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)發放(fang)(fang)表簽字、走訪調查(cha)等(deng)。五是建立農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)最(zui)低(di)生活保(bao)(bao)障制度(du)。經理部(bu)向因工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)受傷或(huo)生病農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),每(mei)(mei)月按(an)時發放(fang)(fang)最(zui)低(di)生活保(bao)(bao)障金。
