中鐵四局一公司焦桐經理部為將農民工權益落到實處,積極采取多項措施,建立起農民工工資發放保障長效機制,真正為農民工權益撐起了“保護傘”。
一是(shi)建(jian)立了(le)農民工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)個人檔(dang)案(an)和考(kao)勤制(zhi)度。經理部(bu)(bu)為每(mei)(mei)(mei)位農民工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)都建(jian)立了(le)個人檔(dang)案(an),每(mei)(mei)(mei)日核查(cha)(cha)農民工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)出勤情況,細致建(jian)立工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)臺帳,確保(bao)有工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)必有酬。二是(shi)限時發(fa)(fa)放(fang)農民工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)。經理部(bu)(bu)要求(qiu)在計量款到賬后五(wu)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)日內,及(ji)(ji)時支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)(fu)農民工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)。三是(shi)實行公示(shi)制(zhi)度。每(mei)(mei)(mei)月(yue)(yue)月(yue)(yue)底,經理部(bu)(bu)將各勞(lao)務隊當月(yue)(yue)累(lei)計完成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)量、各勞(lao)務隊支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)(fu)及(ji)(ji)借支(zhi)(zhi)情況及(ji)(ji)農民工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)發(fa)(fa)放(fang)情況等綜合(he)信息張榜公布(bu),公開透明(ming),形(xing)成(cheng)監督。四是(shi)每(mei)(mei)(mei)季度檢查(cha)(cha)農民工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)發(fa)(fa)放(fang)落實情況。內容包(bao)括核查(cha)(cha)勞(lao)務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)變動、農民工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)發(fa)(fa)放(fang)表簽(qian)字、走訪調查(cha)(cha)等。五(wu)是(shi)建(jian)立農民工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)最低生活保(bao)障制(zhi)度。經理部(bu)(bu)向因工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)受(shou)傷或(huo)生病(bing)農民工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),每(mei)(mei)(mei)月(yue)(yue)按時發(fa)(fa)放(fang)最低生活保(bao)障金。
