中冶寶鋼技術公司實施技術開發,采用新技術、新工藝,提高新工效取得新成績。在寶鋼原料12號取料機檢修施工中,實施同步頂升新工藝,快速高效完成直徑5.2米的中間軸承更換項目。據了解,在國內使用同步頂升技術更換大型平面軸承尚屬首家。
今年9月初,寶鋼原料區12號取料機因年限長久,平面軸承腐蝕嚴重、螺栓斷裂,發生上部框架傾斜,急需搶修。取料機整體總重約450噸,分走行部與上部旋回體兩部分,其中上部旋回體重達360噸,而平面軸承是承載上部旋回體的關鍵部件,如實施以往拆除更換的檢修方法,需將上部旋回體360噸設備全部拆除,再進行軸承更換、設備回裝,前后工期長達30余天。為減少安裝工序,提高檢修工效,中冶寶鋼技術部門組織該課題技術立項開發,在對設備工藝、技術、施工等進行大量研究論證的基礎上,實現了取料機上部旋回體整體同步頂升的新技術、新工藝。
同(tong)步(bu)(bu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)即三點(dian)平行一面,頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)過(guo)程和頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)結果(guo)保(bao)持(chi)三點(dian)一致同(tong)時作業(ye),是為大(da)型設(she)備(bei)(bei)保(bao)持(chi)原有狀(zhuang)態而實(shi)現位置(zhi)改變(bian)創造便利施工(gong)(gong)(gong)條(tiao)件的一種(zhong)新技(ji)(ji)術(shu)。承擔此項施工(gong)(gong)(gong)任務的中冶寶鋼技(ji)(ji)術(shu)第(di)二(er)檢修(xiu)(xiu)分(fen)公司原料檢修(xiu)(xiu)隊經過(guo)前期(qi)充分(fen)的施工(gong)(gong)(gong)準備(bei)(bei)后(hou),采(cai)用(yong)計算(suan)機數據(ju)信息同(tong)步(bu)(bu)調控成功實(shi)施同(tong)步(bu)(bu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)新技(ji)(ji)術(shu),僅(jin)用(yong)2天時間完成360噸上(shang)部旋回體整(zheng)體同(tong)步(bu)(bu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)及直徑5.2米(mi)平面軸承更換、設(she)備(bei)(bei)回裝工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu),三點(dian)同(tong)步(bu)(bu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)最大(da)誤(wu)差僅(jin)為0.3毫米(mi),改變(bian)了以(yi)往檢修(xiu)(xiu)周期(qi)長、工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)繁瑣(suo)、費時費力、成本(ben)高(gao)的施工(gong)(gong)(gong)狀(zhuang)況,快(kuai)速、高(gao)效實(shi)現了國內首次采(cai)用(yong)同(tong)步(bu)(bu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)(sheng)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)更換大(da)型平面軸承的最短時間。
