此前,南京金陵船(chuan)廠建造了(le)(le)一艘同類型的4.6萬噸(dun)(dun)散(san)貨船(chuan),成(cheng)功采用了(le)(le)機械式橫向下水,該廠便(bian)將其申報了(le)(le)世界吉(ji)尼斯紀(ji)錄。“卡瓦·普拉塔(ta)諾(nuo)斯”號散(san)貨船(chuan)比它超出(chu)了(le)(le)1.1萬噸(dun)(dun),刷新了(le)(le)世界紀(ji)錄。
5.7萬(wan)噸散貨船(chuan)“卡瓦·普拉(la)塔(ta)諾斯”號總長189.99米,型寬32.26米,型深(shen)18米,結構吃水(shui)(shui)(shui)12.80米,主(zhu)機(ji)重達224噸,是(shi)華中地區建造(zao)的(de)最(zui)大(da)(da)噸位船(chuan)舶。其下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)采用的(de)長航集團(tuan)武漢(han)青山船(chuan)廠(chang)10萬(wan)噸下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)滑(hua)道,總長202米、寬152.72米,為世界內河船(chuan)廠(chang)最(zui)大(da)(da)的(de)橫向下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)式滑(hua)道,由葛洲壩(ba)集團(tuan)六公司(si)青山船(chuan)廠(chang)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部承(cheng)建。施工中,項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部克服(fu)工期緊(jin)、任務重、現場施工組織難(nan)度大(da)(da),及20余天雪災天氣等(deng)不利(li)因素(su)影響(xiang),精細(xi)管理(li),科學組織施工,解決了(le)滑(hua)道軟(ruan)基處理(li)、深(shen)厚淤泥(ni)層上的(de)圍堰填筑與(yu)防滲、船(chuan)體下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)自動化(hua)控制等(deng)技術難(nan)題,僅用3個多月就完成了(le)滑(hua)道項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)改造(zao)任務。今年3月,該(gai)工程順(shun)利(li)通(tong)過(guo)驗收(shou),工程質量被(bei)武漢(han)市航運質檢站評定為優良。
在優質、高(gao)效完成世界內河(he)船廠最大橫向下水式(shi)滑道建(jian)設(she)任務的(de)同時,葛洲(zhou)壩人還順利(li)完成了青山(shan)船廠溢流壩、舾裝碼頭建(jian)設(she)和船臺(tai)擴建(jian)項目的(de)建(jian)設(she),被業主(zhu)譽為“鐵(tie)軍”。
近年來,葛洲壩集(ji)團大(da)(da)力開(kai)拓船(chuan)(chuan)塢(wu)(wu)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)市場,先后承(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)了大(da)(da)連新船(chuan)(chuan)重工(gong)(gong)(gong)30萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)船(chuan)(chuan)塢(wu)(wu)擴建(jian)(jian)及10萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)船(chuan)(chuan)塢(wu)(wu)興建(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程、渤(bo)船(chuan)(chuan)重工(gong)(gong)(gong)大(da)(da)型(xing)船(chuan)(chuan)舶建(jian)(jian)造(zao)設施(shi)30萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)船(chuan)(chuan)塢(wu)(wu)興建(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程,承(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)的威海(hai)船(chuan)(chuan)廠整體搬遷擴建(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程正在施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中。與此同時,該公(gong)司還承(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)了眾多碼頭工(gong)(gong)(gong)程和(he)海(hai)岸(an)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程,掌握了海(hai)岸(an)水下爆破開(kai)挖、沉箱預制與拖運(yun)及土石方快速(su)開(kai)挖等核心技術,儲備了一大(da)(da)批專業人(ren)才(cai)和(he)設備。
